A+++ place. Their signage isnt great, & I dont know why my expectations were so low, but I guess I just... didnt expect this to be what it is. Phoenix Coffee is a great space - bright & spacious, with plenty of seating, a chill atmosphere, quirky decor, friendly baristas, & a decidedly hipster clientele. Their menu is simple, & they only serve a few pastries, but everything seems to be good. The Earl grey tea is some of the best Ive had, their homemade dirty chai was strong but not too sweet, their iced tea is light & summery. Definitely give this place a shot, especially if youre in Ohio City & looking for a place to hang out with your laptop or a friend for an hour or two.

The location is adorable love the copper work on the wall and the outdoor patio is so cute. I usually make my beverages at home but decided to come in for an iced chai to go. Unfortunately I didnt taste it until I was well away from the shop. It tasted like a cup of milk with a little cinnamon in it, not the collection of teas/spice I was hoping for. If Id tried it while I was still there Im sure they would have fixed it (they were all very friendly) but Im a little disappointed. That said I will go back and try them again.

Its a cute little coffee shop in the heart of Ohio City with a great outdoor patio and a rustic industrial vibe inside. My favorite drink is the iced chai tea--it tastes a lot like horchata! I love that I can bring my puppy and sit outside with her while enjoying my tea. I just wished it was open later and the furniture was a bit comfier.

Hot black coffee is really good. They always have 3 blends available with different flavors. Also, nitro toddies are great in the summer sun. Or grab an iced coffee, you know they brew it right because its got a milky sweetness without actually assume other to the drink. Staff is always nice and they can answer your questions.

When we moved to Cleveland, this was our first stop off of a red eye flight. We sat down and were welcomed and chatted up and served delicious coffees and goodies. The people working here really make the entire experience - they are so friendly and fun. Great place to sit and hang and connect with the community.

Such a delightful coffee shop in the middle of Cleveland. Great staff, great atmosphere, and delicious drinks. What more could you ask? Whether you meet with a friend or two or get some work done on your laptop, Phoenix is the perfect place to while away a few hours!

Quite a subtle, yet quaint little cozy coffee shop. Good selection on drinks and pastries. Even fresh ground coffee to take home if youd like. The wifi in here is very good, and the outdoor seating is placed well. Very relaxing and a good view.
