By far the worst dining experience of my life. Epitome of tourist and snow bird trap. The food was okay, but not worth the rediculous prices. The service was audacious and pushy. Despite all of that, the worst part was that we had a party of nine with a one year old that was becoming restless and was taken outside out of courtesy to the other diners. While outside the baby, his mother, and aunt were playing and laughing to cheer him up and an old couple became very rude saying that the laughing was ruining their meal and to take him back inside in a very disrespectful manner that caught the attention of the waitresses. The owner went outside to speak to the tourist couple for an extended period of time and never once came to speak to our party. Its obvious that their intended market is older, white snowbirds and they showed no regard for family or demographic. I will never go near this restaurant again, nor will I recommend it to anyone. Consider this information if you plan coming here with a family.

Me and my husband were excited to finally try the restaurant that my mother who sells them product from GFS.. So we sit and the waitress comes introduces her self quickly. I ask do you guys have salsa?? Um this is a Cuban restaurant not Mexican.. Nasty.. Ok! Well sorry.. So Im like ok.... She came to our table 4 times within 10 mins of arriving, after us telling her we just wanted time to look over the menu.. The fourth time I told her we arent ready she ignored us and simply said what are we having today... ?? While in between the visits all we could hear is how it was HER lunch time.... So we just chooses what we really didnt want just to not make her mad and our food come out bad.. I chosen Piccadilly with rice.. Its was flavorless no flavor at ALL! Husband chose the Cuban sandwich.. After only ordering 3 mins ago, our good comes out...!! Im very disappointed because my husband doesnt like pork and only took me there because I do

I was in town on a business trip and was looking for a good Cuban sandwich. I came across Rumba through Google and decided to call ahead to place my order. I ordered the midnight sandwich as a Cuban on sweet bread sounded very interesting. So I placed my order over the phone with George, which he suggested a few slices of avocado to add a creamy texture to the sandwich. By far the best Cuban sandwich!! The meat was very well seasoned and the avocado was the icing on the cake. I cannot forget about George, he was very cordial and professional over the phone as well as in person. Whenever you are in town or just passing by, stop at Rumbas. You will not be disappointing!

Great Cuban comfort food, but overpriced. Went for lunch and the lechón asado arrived hot steamy and flavorful, sisters Cuban sándwich loaded with lechón, meats and queso. El bistec for my Moguer was chewy, but they happily changed ir pollo a la plancha. The flan y tres leches equal delicioso con el café cubano. Service was excellent. However to charge for Bread, i find not typical in most Cuban restaurantes and 4.50 for 4 slices of fried banana (maduros), is excessive. I really would like to give 4.5 stars. I think if The owners lower their prices, they may see an increase in business. I certainly would return to eat there when in Naples again. 4.5/5.0

As a huge fan of Cuban food, I was very excited to see this place rated so high among restaurants in Naples. We couldnt wait to try it on our most recent trip to the area. The food was great. Flavors were absolutely amazing. The chicken tostones were my favorite as the mojo flavor chicken was perfect. The churasco steak and pork dishes were just about as good. Service was great and fast too. only negative is that portions were a bit small for the price. Odd thing is, it was the sides that were lacking. You get plenty of meat, but just a little bit of rice and beans to go with it. Still, I would most definitely return and recommend it!

Was here last night, Im from Miami where there is a Cuban restaurant in every corner and I have to say their food here was amazing. Fresh food , we showed up 1 hour before they close and the food was just amazing. I had the Vaca Frita , and I can honestly say it was the best version of it Ive had to date! I recommend it. The Staff was amazing, they were friendly and very attentive and had no issues accommodating a party of over 10 people. Got to meet the chefs making it all happen and gave them some recognition for the quality of food and service. Will not be disappointed !! One of the best Mom & Pop places Ive been to in Naples

too cute and overpriced by half. while calling itself an "unassuming ... casual, no frills" restaurant, rumba charges over $20 for basic dishes like ropa vieja and lechon asado. thats just plain wrong. our waitress (who spoke to us in a smiley smiley, cloying manner) said the joints been in business for two years, so I guess there are enough unwitting gringos just off the snow bird boat who will pay these disney world fantasy prices. or maybe money is no concern in well-to-do naples. i dont know how they get away with it, im just here to give a heads up: rumba cuban cafe is a ripoff.

Mouthwatering food and above par service! My husband and I ate there today and are so happy we did! I had the Cuban sandwich with plantain chips and he had the flake steak and boiled yuka with yellow rice. The steak was so tender and flavorful. The yuka was amazing- the favors touched all your senses. The Cuban sandwich hit every taste bud. We also had mojitos and the cheesecake. The mojitos had the perfect blend of mint with a touch of lime. Our server never rushed us and was great in her recommendations- since it was our first time. It would be a mistake to miss out on this gem.

Myriel was an awesome server and was very helpful on what to order as we have never eaten in a Cuban restaurant before. My husband being Greek and loving his Greek coffee absolutely raved about the Cuban coffee. We ordered the tostones which were the green plantains fried up crisp, with a ground beef and cheese on top and they were delicious. Then we shared a Cuban sandwich yellow rice and black beans which was plenty for the both of us to split and I still had some left over to bring to my mom. All in all everything was excellent we would defiantly return.

Very Friendly staff and thr owner was very nice. My husband and I are from the West Palm area. We wanted cuban food and googled and stumbled upon this quant restaurant. The food was freah and delicious. The sangria was excellent. The way they season their food is to perfection. I will definitely be back. Prices are aligned with any other upscale restaurant. Good good equals reasonable price. Bad food equals cheap. You decide....for your taste buds.. Me...i will pay if its excellent
