I can handle that the food has gone up in price, but what I cant handle is the seeming decrease in quality & quantity for what you pay...not only on menu items, but on service and management. Weve been to the new location in Bowling Green several times now and only once have things gone smoothly. Today was not one of those days. Once again our order was wrong, and instead of correcting it properly, the manager told the server to remove our food from the table and brought back the same dishes with "slight modifications" to correct the mistake. Im sorry, but in the real world that is a food safety violation. When questioned directly, the manager admitted to telling his server to do this. Not only that, but by the time the corrected orders came out, most of the food that had already been sitting on the plates was cold. Nothing was done about this either. Trying to be decent people, we paid our tab, left a gracious tip, and walked out very disappointed once again. Its pretty safe to say that we will not be going back.

Arrived at the Bowling Green, OH restaurant at 5:05, was seated at 5:30 and order placed. Asked where food was several times and was told food would be there shortly after several parties around with more people had received there food. Finally got dinner after 7:00pm when we had a 2 year old, no compensation was offered by management and was very rude with responses. After food arrived a very tired 2 year old placed her chicken on an African American woman, she threw explicatives at the 2 year old. Ive lived in Bowling Green, OH for 16 years and never been as embarrassed or dissatisfied with any customer service in this city thus far. I do plan to access any social media and let them know how poorly we were treated. I truly hope this situation can be rectified so our city is not shamed in such a way again. Also we were asked to pay and leave because the African American woman was curing and calling the 2 year old a rasicist. No compensation was ever offered. Unbelievable. Really. Absolutely crazy.

Literally every time I either eat in or order out the order is messed up. I think out of the last 20 times I ordered its been completely correct 1 time. And then when they mess your order up they ask "can you come back". Excuse you messed my food up, and you want me to come back. Completely unprofessional. Certain staff are friendly others are rude. Also I was accused of lying once about the staff not showing me my food. I was told that the staff said they did and he was gonna watch the cameras because someone was lying. You guys sure know how to treat your customers. This particular store is a joke.

I would rate my experience at a 1, but the manager and some the waiting staff really made my evening. We originally had a new waitress, who was clearly having an awful day and was getting quite a few routine things wrong, which wasnt a big deal. However, when our food came out, I never received my food. Another waitress came and fixed the problem and I would have to say I was blown away by the professionalism of the manager and the other waitress when they handled the situation. Overall, a job well done.

We got seated, then proceeded to wait for half an hour without any waiter or waitress. The restaurant was maybe 75% full, so its not like it was extremely busy. Maybe three or four of the waitresses looked and saw our table was unhelped, then just continued to walk past. Great service if you ask me... Definitely wont be back to this location again. Save your time, drive to another location, youll get served faster, driving time included.

Our food was great and our server, Nick, was even better♡ However, we were a party of about 30 and had only one server! Our food took about 1 hour. Nick had very little assistance throughout our 2+ hours there. The manager did very little to help and there were several employees standing around most if the time we were there! The resturant was not busy. We all felt very bad for Nick! Cant understand why he was alone in this!!

I went to bdubs to watch the fight and they do not have it viewing. Waited 45 mins for food and our meals came at the same time. THE SERVER COULDNT BRING 3 HOT MEALS AT THE SAME TIME. food was very cold. The server neglected to fill up our cups with water. Also the food isnt worth the price. Left hungry and upset. The team of employees and managers werent on the same page and were arguing in sight of us.

We waited forever for our order. The server said the manager was going to talk to us and take a percentage off our meal, but none of that happened. The manager only mentioned a party of 9 that sat down before us was holding up orders by 5 min. It was MUCH longer than 5 min and several tables that were seated after us were served and gone before we even got our food.

Easy access from two adjacent hotels and across the street from the BGSU sports venues (Basketball, Hockey, Football and more.) Known for being well kept, clean and usually friendly staff. Not especially crowded most of the time, save for when there are major sports events at the University. The food is no better or worse than anything at the chain.

Food is exactly the same price as you would see for any other b-dubs. It is a sports bar so expect to pay about 10-15 for your food, 5-10 for an appetizer, and 2-3 for a draft beer. Service was fine, though they did screw us once when we called ahead a party of 10. Every time I have gone with just a few people, food came out in 10-15 minutes.

Been here on 4 separate occasions and have had nothing but the best experiences with the waitress staff. Not sure if you know how rare that is or not, but I truly wish this staff was much closer to my home as opposed to being a 2 and a half hour drive. Worth the drive every time

Beware the GM bogerman!! He is very rude and has no issues belittling customers in middle of eating. Get the 15min fast break lunch. Ask for 5 tablets bogerman said cant play use or touch the tablet with the timer. Always tip your wait staff they are awesome unlike the gm. :(

Usually your standard bws. Last time we had poor service. Craft beers on board were no longer there. Update the board people. We were asked how to spell the beer we ordered... It was weird. But usually is better. I go here often. Hope it was a fluke. Havent been back since.

The food was good and the location is clean, but the service left something to be desired. We waited upwards of 40 minutes for our food after ordering. It was a Thursday afternoon though, so it is possible at other times food would get to the table faster.

Be careful about college game nights, when they have promotions. When it gets busy there the place falls apart, running out of wings, massive wait times, the works. If it isnt one of those nights, its great and exactly what youve come to expect from BWW.
