I tried Buffalo Wild Wings for the first time in Atlanta. I was so excited to find out that one will be built in Macon (Tom Hill Sr Blvd). The first time i ate there, the seating was horible! Out table of 6 was split between a pole. The wings were cold and dry. However, I figured it was probably just a busy night, so I placed a to go order one day for lunch. It took forever for the food! I figured since I had placed the order 30 min in advance it would be ready NOT. And once again.. the wings were cold! Those incidents happened a few months ago.. Today I decided to try one more time because I had a gift card that was almost a year old.. so I decided to order lunch again, but this time something simple like a salad. Cant go wrong with a salad right? WRONG! The lettuce was not crisp , the tomatoes wasnt fresh, the croutons were mushy.. the only thing that was good was the blackened chix on top of the salad.. at least I didnt expect it to be hot. This was the last straw. Im never eating at this location again

A few days ago, my mother and I went to BWW on wing night. I was excited to eat at one of my favorite places, thats usually GREAT, but that night our service was awful. It appears that the restaurant has new/different staff than last time we went. No one was at the hostess booth until an employee that was LEAVING saw me and another waiting guest and asked if we needed to be seated then went and retrieved someone. She sat the man in front of me then went and talked to another customer at their table and when I started showing my impatience for her behavior, she rolled her eyes and came and sat me. Our waitress, Kea, was awful. For the first 15-20 minutes, she didnt even come by the table and introduce herself. Then when she noticed how put off my mother and I were, she copped an attitude for the rest of our dining experience. She then brought me the wrong wings and then brought us the wrong receipt. Smh. Wont be back to my USED-TO-BE favorite place!

Went on Thursday afternoon. My waiter was very nice and prompt. We ordered an appetizer and it was taken to the wrong table by management. He came and apologized. It was taken off my ticket. We ordered seperate meals. The food was good. My two oldest sons and I enjoyed it. Problem was later that evening we all became seriously Ill for almost three days. I didnt understand how a place that scored 100 on their inspection give us food posion. Cross contamination or whatever the problem was is not cool. Please make sure your staff is properly handling food in a correct manner. And up to par on thier personal hygiene. Nobody wants to see their kids sick after enjoying what seemed to be a great meal.

Ummm, wings are ok... if you like mediocre. I believe that this place is over hyped. The wings at hooters and wild wings cafe are far superior, but the place is close to my apartment, so I guess I have to settle for it sometimes. Here is an honest take on the wings: 1)The wings are very over sauced and to be honest, after eating there, my stomach is hurting very bad. 2) service is ok at best 3) there are a lot managers, but I have yet to talk with any of them 4) bartenders are ok, but lack experience it seems. Bottom line: go somewhere else if you are looking for good wings.

We were seated in Johns section and he refused to wait on us. The Customer Service Manager ending up taking care of our table and John was even over heard being rude to her. Two more tables were seated in the same section and John rushed over to greet them. Not sure what his problem was or what was wrong with our table but, it made the atmosphere very cold. He even had to walk directly behind me several times and never asked if we needed anything or acknowledged us at all. We will not be going back as long as John is there.

Great food! It definitely matches up to the franchise. However, occasionally the wings are dry, so you have to insist that they go back in the kitchen and make them wet. My girlfriend went there to place a to go order, and as soon as she sat down and ordered, the employee had a random attitude and told her they could not do the parmesan chicken flat bread pizza because its not on the menu anymore, but thats obviously a lie because they do it for her all the time despite of that. The girl was obviously new, it wasnt her fault.

Always a pleasant experience. The selection of sauces are wonderful and there is something for everyone. Hot is actually hot, so be careful. They also have a good selection of beers and specialty drinks as well as non-alcoholic ones. For those not interested in wings, they also have hamburgers and other sandwiches, and all of their entrees are well prepared. Service is also good, much better than you get from similar restaurants. Prices are reasonable and a fair value.

The nice thing about this place is that it is open late. The food is always acceptable, but its never my favorite. Only been twice as a result, usually when we are starving to death and its the only place open. Youd think that would make it taste better, but its just kind of greasy. The walls and bar are exploding with enormous flat-screen TVs, playing mostly sport things, and it can be overwhelming if youre just trying to have a conversation.

Sat and watched my server look at our beers for a good 5 minutes (which she couldve brought the coke and sweet tea all while "waiting") Not busy Garlic fries Ive been waiting on for more than 25 minutes Theres no way fries take that long to fry Rather stand and socialise than ensure her tables are content Rude when stating theyre out of boneless wings Dirty tables all around us

I enjoyed the atmosphere the service was pretty good and our waitress was attentive even though I was not the nicest or friendliest I could be I believe she was very professional and nice. The food came out fast and she asked us several times if we were on.

Terrible!!! The service is very bad and the management is worse. Food is the worst Ive had at a bww! This is the second time Ive had waiter problems and both times the manager blew it off like so what. NEVER GO THERE!

The boneless chicken is rocking, love the environment with friends. The manager come by and talk to you and to see how things are going. You might someday catch an employee with an atitude, but rare.

Food is good but we have ordered food to-go twice and it takes FOREVER. You could go inside, sit down, and eat faster than getting your food to-go. Ridiculous.
