2 Months ago, my best friend and I went to this establishment in search of nurishment and companionship. We found both of these in abundance. We were serviced by In lovely young lady named Danielle with a shiny brunette mane and an adorable overbite. We had just recieved our order of wings when my friend, without consulting me first, marched over to the beverage station and preceeded to comandere and drinking straw. This upset me greatly. If youre anything like me, you have an unnatural hatred for straws. I sternly asked my friend why he grabbed a straw for his drink as he, like myself, shares this same loathing. He delined to address this problem which also angered me,but I went over to the same station and grabbed a straw. Danielle quiried me as to why I had pinched a straw for my fluid. My response is that my friend and I are one and the same and if he had one, I had to have one as well. I then batted a question back in her general direction; "What if I want to enjoy my beverage on the road?" Her response to this was "Why dont you just take lid off?" Sound logic right? Wrong! Thinking quickly I exclaimed, "No! If I did that it would spill all over my Johnson!" Sucessful B-Dubs run. Great place, Hot chicks

We get lunch from there about once a week. Our most recent visit was 8/2/16 and it was fantastic as always. I forgot to get a receipt for business purposes and wasnt sure what to do. I called them today to see if they could help. I spoke with the manager, Bobby, who was more than willing to help me out. Ive worked in customer service for years and was truly blown away with the service I received. After some research and a 25 minute phone call, he was able to get me what I needed. Thanks again Bobby for all of your help!!!

Ordered online for take out, pre paid so all I had to do was walk in and walk out. I waited 35 minutes. There was two registers, 3 people running them, and no system--total chaos. People were waiting to either cash in, make a take out order, pay for their take out order, or walk in and out like I was supposed to. I didnt even get my complete order, but I had waited so long that I gave up and left. By far this was my worst experience here.

Service is terrible. We ordered an app and had the app finished before the server came back and asked for our order. Once we put our order in, the server back and told us the kitchen was backed up so it was going to be awhile. I guess thats our fault. No suggestion like, would you like some chips while you wait? Theres also a giant ash tray cigarette tower by the door to the patio. Everytime the door opens, it smells terrible.

"Our ALL-BEEF Burgers Are Handcrafted, Seasoned Then "Smashed" On The Grill To Seal In The Flavor." May want to change that considering our waitress informed us that all burgers are pre-made frozen patties cooked well done, you can definitely tell it has been previously frozen. Id rather go to Wendys and pay $8 for a burger thats not frozen then almost $12 for a one that is......

This is the worst service of a bbubs I have ever been to. Every time I come here dine in or to go the food takes FOREVER. I have been here at least 6 times since they have remodeled and have not been here once without hearing complaints about waiting for food. Its absolutely ridiculous. Please hire more cooks, I understand you paid a lot for the remodel but come on!

Love the new expanded design. Food is always delicious! Shelly our bartender was fantastic! My husband was not a fan of the beer he ordered and without him even asking she asked what kind of beer he really wanted. Its like she was a mind reader! Will def be back to this location!

I had a waitress here named Dani, she was super hot. She even gave me water for free. I asked if I could pour it on her shirt, but she said no. I guess in hindsight that was kind of a silly request.

Over a 2 hour wait for a seat, asked for beers that were forgotten about, quite simply the place is large, but apparently needs to be double the size with double the staff in order to run smoothly.

SO slow. We ordered take out, they told us to be there within 20-30 minutes, once we got there more then 30 minutes after we called we still had to wait 30+ minutes to get our food
