Ive been to this wingstop several times since its beeb open since its close to my apartment and its been great for the most part. The food is good though it is a bit overpriced since the wings arent cut and battered in house. ( i always get boneless) i was in a couple of days ago and there were two employees working a guy and a girl the guy was phenomenal he ran the register and cooked everything basically by himself and took great care of everyone. I came back again today after id ordered online. When i got there my order hadnt even been started but was hung up so they had seen it. One of the guys was obviously still training some but was very friendly. I overheard him comment on how small my wings were when he took them outnof the fryer and the girl training him basically told him not to worry about it. When i got my order i checked everything and commented to the guy that they were very small.... they were maybe half the size they normally are and it wasnt just ne or two it was ALL of them. He agreed and just said yeah i put an extra one on there for you aince they were. Now ive been workingnin the food industry basically my whole life and im now a chef. But you need to take pride in what youre serving even if its fast food. If all my wings are half the size they normally are im only getting half of what i paid for and as ive said before the prices are already too high. I just let it go because ive recieved greag service before and its not the kids fault he pointed out the problem initially but didnt have the authority to do much about it.

Wow, Im impressed with how unimpressive this was. The food was solidly mediocre. The mild sauce had no flavor, the bbq was generic at best, and the teriyaki was slightly better than most wing places. My fries were competently made, but nothing special. The rolls were the best part, and even then were only decent, and inconsistent with some being soft and supple, others being crunchy on the bottom. Normally all that would be worth 3 stars, but then then I must factor in their inexplicable kitchen procedures. My wife and I ordered 8 boneless (mild and bbq) 8 traditional (mild and teriyaki), fries, veg sticks, 6 rolls, and 2 drinks. What i saw was 1 person cook 4 wings, pass them to another person to sauce them, then start the next 4. Thats 4 sequential batches for 16 items. They had at least 12 usable fry baskets. Another seperate person handled the fries and veg sticks (he curled them somehow, neat looking, but why.) He then stoops around indulge for 10 minutes. Our rolls were done in under 10 minutes, then left in a warmer. Meanwhile, for the most part, everyone in the kitchen was standing around doing nothing. The entire process took 25 minute and 4 or more people. For 16 wings and a couple sides. Bonus, they forgot our drinks. I dont think Ill be back.

Worst Dining Experience Ever. Had a taste for wings decided to try. Placed my order to go only to sit in the lobby to observe cooks touching raw food, themselves, hands in pockets, touch the cash register all without washing hands while preparing my food. When O brought it to the staffs attention they got attitudes as if I said something wrong. I even told the person making food to wash his hands and he ignored me and kept working....EWwe. After I asked for my money back I was told they did not offer refunds WTF ???? Retail with no refund??? Had to get owners number and even after he approved, magically no one there knew how to give a refund. Poor customer service and the cashier is a entirely different rant no brains or people skills whatsoever. Wasted an hour of my life and I still have to go back for my refund. Save your self and just dont go. mymcontent://media/external/file/2111

Hit and Miss is the best way to describe this Wingstop location. I LOVE Wingstop and go at least once each week but this locations service and quality is very subpar. I never have any issues when i go to the Lawrenceville Hwy and Pleasant Hill locations. To start...the employees take forever to greet you when you come in. Ive had to call out and get their attention a couple of times. I always place my orders on my mobile phone but 3 out of the 6 times ive went to this location theyve gotten my order ALL wrong. Im talking about 2-3 things wrong regarding my order. The quality of the food has not been good at this location. The wings are often very little and over cooked. The fries were the same; over cooked. For a location that is still pretty new...this location needs to pick it up or ill be driving over 15 miles to the other locations!!

We tried this place today and it was the first and last time for us. The lady at the counter does not know customer service, they was food still on tables where they was not cleaned. we ordered our food at 1:47pm and didnt get it til 2:29. When we received the food it was horrible, the worst wings ever tasted. The best thing about this place was the lemon pepper seasoning they got out of the bottle. The manager or whatever he was was not friendly at all. They defenitly need new crew members. Dont waste your money on this crap stop cause its a total loss. I would suggest wingstar right down the road from this place over this place.

Excellent wings. I like the taste. I am picky about eating chicken out but usually am ok with wings. Some places they make too breading...too much. This place has no breading and uses flavors of spices and sauces to accentuate chicken...which is fresh. Sides are ok...but I am not a side person...I just want wings. Friendly staff....at first, when they just opened, it was chaotic with many staff changes....now that they have been open awhile...they have settled down to a routine with good people. Go...you wont be disappointed...but be prepared to wait.

I have heard good things about Wingstop, these good things seem to have been highly exaggerated at best. Service was friendly and courteous , the food, mildly overpriced , was overcooked both for the fries and boneless wings. The amount of cheese given for the two large fries was inadequate to say the least. The Parmesan garlic boneless wings ( dry? really?) were hard and dry. Was it worth the thirty odd dollars? no. Would I try it again? Debatable.

This WingStop must have just gotten a new manager because the service is terrible!!!! First, the food is quite expensive. Second, Keila was not in her proper uniform; she was missing her hat and was only reminded about it when her manager showed up. Lastly, when ordering my large fries the man putting my fries in the bag used his bare hands to put the extra fries in the bag after they fell on the counter. How disgusting!!!!

Excellent. The chicken here is so fresh and they make it without ANY breading. The flavors are great especially the sweet and hot Mango Habanero....my favorite. I also like the new Korean BBQ....really they are all good. Oh and if like REALLY hot try the Atomic wings. Whoa. The place is clean the staff pretty friendly. Erik and Lamar are excellent servers and are friendly and professional. I will be back often.
