So all in all I would rate this place an 8.2 out of 10 on my first run for a chicken wing restaurant. Our order was on time for pick up and exactly as it was placed. One thing that was neat, and I wish other places would do, is that the cheesy fries were not only served with a medium side cup of cheese (not placed on the fries to get soggy) and the fries were in an open container to maintain the fresh, crispiness. The wings are so so, but they seem to be fresh and the sauce is flavorful. Will I order again? Absolutely! Is this my favorite place for wings? No, maybe 5th on my list of all time, which isnt terrible at all! Give it a try! You wont be disappointed!

Ordered food on the app. It seems as though some sort of software glitch took place and the order was never recieved at the location. Unfortunately when I arrived I was treated very poorly and the cashier was very unapologetic. I was excited to finally get a Wingstop in Toledo but this small software glitch, totally understandable, grew into a larger customer service problem. If you have an ordering app you need to train your employees to understand sometimes problems occur with the app and that they should be resolved immediately instead of insulting your customers intelligence and forcing them to wait another half hour for food they ordered an hour ago.

Was told about 18 minutes. Took well over 35-40. A guy that ordered by phone came to pick up his order while I was waiting, and his order hadnt even been started when he arrived. It was around 9:30pm. Store was slow. Everything is so salty, its barely edible. Hot sauce isnt hot, just tastes like salt, BBQ is very salty, even the lemon pepper tasted like salt. Fries arent in closed container so they were cold by the time I got home. Waste of $30 and 45 minutes. Wont be back.

We were taking lunch to a couple in the hospital who just had a baby. I used the online ordering option, the ordering was easy to use and had all the options I would expect. Pick up was fine. When we unpacked the wings were all mixed up, each of us had 2 sauce options. We had no napkins, no plasticware, no dipping sauce, (the website did ask Ranch, Bleu Cheese, etc) Everything was cold and soggy and not very good. We wont be back.

Wings were amazing. Good size and meaty. Lots of sauce. I had BBQ and they tasted great. Save the money and skip the fries. They taste like they have sugar on them and way too much salt. I asked if they could remake them with much less salt. They did, however they still had way too much. Very disappointing. We also waited 20 minutes for our food.

Overpriced for the quality. The chicken was dry and the flavors werent the best. There are definitely better places to have wings. On top of that, we had to wait for quite long time (even though we were the only ones in the store) because they were celebrating and videotaping the kitchen. Wont return!

Definitely not happy about my lunch. Ordered the $7.95 special and was shocked to see such Xtra small portions or what appeared to be chicken (Maybe Pigeon or something ) in my container. NOT to mention, I had to fight the wings just to get meat off the bone. VERY disappointed!

Ordered online for a pick up that time was 2 hours after I order, but order was not ready and they didnt start getting it ready until I got there. Employees couldnt care less. Second time in a row this happened. Terrible service, but food was good

Lots of flavors, friendly staff, and darn good wings. Id compare the boneless to Buffalo Wild Wings with less breading and more meat, while being more affordable. The French Fries has a good season. Will definitely be back.

Very good wings. I advise that you call ahead to order your wings, they take about 20 minutes. Prices reasonable, friendly staff, clean environment. Over all not bad. Fries are WAY to salty for my palette.

Wings are big, and tasty. Recommend ordering online as they make the wings fresh to order, so it takes roughly 20 minutes. Live the fact there are no microwaves or heat lamps so you know the food is fresh.

I wasnt really impressed with wingstop. The barbecue sauce was not that tasty, and I was extremely hungry when I walked in. It also took a fair amount of time preparing my food. Not what I expected.
