Just visited and very disappointed. Walked into restaurant and told there was a 20-30 minute wait. Off to the left there were 14 open tables - note 12 open and ready and 2 that needed bused. None of the center tables were being utilized and to the right, in the bar area, there were about 3 open tables. If I were corporate I would have a fit not see all these tables being used and turned. We waited 26 minutes and were seated. Ordered drinks and they came within an acceptable amount of time, however the Manhatten that I ordered was very week - I wonder if they used bourbon at all. We ordered our food. We wanted the appetizer first then the others later. Instead we got everything at once. It wasnt even delivered by our waitress, but some other person - maybe a manger? The food was lack luster. The fried pickles and the aioil fries were soggy. My wings were way over sauced in fact they were floating in sauce in a bowl. I requested a water and never got it. We wait about 15 minutes for our check then that water finally arrived when it should have been the check. Waited some more for the check. The waitress stop once in a hurried disposition to check on us (that is when I ordered the water). She never checked back after that. Never to see if we needed anything or refills. Wont return or recommend.

I would consider this visit mostly on the bad side, but it was my first so Im trying to give them the benefit of the doubt. The wings were good, cooked properly, decent size, good sauce. The rest of the food was mediocre (even for a bar). The pretzel bites are deep fried - its weird, though not bad. Service was hit or miss, but definitely slow. The wings were actually really good... once we got them. Took forever for a waitress to even come over in the first place (I was seconds from just getting up and leaving). After placing our order for wings, she brought boneless instead of traditional and the wrong dip. Then my Buffalo chicken club sandwich came out with no Buffalo sauce on it. Then we got an order of chicken fingers that were grilled instead of fried. It got to the point of being almost comical. I do believe training and familiarity with the menu may have been part of the problem. The staff handled the mistakes with grace (our waitress and a manager), so I give them credit, but it was really annoying at the time and it took us 2 hours to finish a simple meal due to the initial wait for each item, then the wait to have mistakes resolved. Im no restauranteur, but it seems like they need to tighten up the ship.

This place used to be on top of its game. The food was good, price was right, and the staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Today the place hardly has anyone in it. There was no hostess, we had to wait for a waitress to finally notice us standing at the door. That shouldve been my first clue. We were seated and then the waiting game started. After about 15 mins I watched people that had came in after us leave (pretty angrily I might add) because nobody had waited on them. I started wondering if I was about to do the same. Finally our waitress shows up. We ask her about what type of beer they have on draft and basically she has no clue. I blame poor training on the business. My food comes out and it is cold. Final straw, unless some big changes are made this place is going to go out of business or be on one of those bad restaurant shows. This used to be one of our favorite wing places. Now, I probably wont come back.

AMBER! Her name was amber. She is small blonde server. If she is your server RUN!! Service was so horrible. Not to mention there was a screaming baby and no one did anything about it despite customers obviously being upset (at Buffalo Wild wings that never happens. Management always speaks up and says something). Anyways, my server was named amber and she was awful. I had to constantly flag down other servers to retrieve her from the back and once I had to go to the back counter where the servers are and ask for her to bring us the check. No apologies for any of this from her and despite bwr being one of my favorite wing spots I dont think we will return. So beyond disappointed.

This restaurant is filthy. We went for dinner, host walked us past three dirty booths and not wanting to have them cleaned tried to sit us at slightly less dirty table. When we asked if he could wipe it down he had the waitress who was cleaning the wing sauce off the table next to us to wipe it down. She ran the wet filthy rag over our table leaving it soaking wet with water dripping on the chairs we were to sit in. She went back to the other table and the host looked at it and walked away...at that point I decided I was not going to start dinner by cleaning my own table and chair....we left and will never step foot in this restaurant again.

First off the place is filty!!! Dirty floors and tables and every single thing is sticky. Food quality is slightly better then BW3. But thats not necessarily a compliment either if you know good wings. Its no greasy spoon bar with great wings or a corporate powerhouse like Quaker State and Lube, which stands as the pinochle standard for wings as far as chains go! Especially in Columbus. I would go again maybe.... But truthfully for as exspensive as they where they deserve a 1 or 2 star and I would recommend Quaker over them!! If they were cheaper they would be a decent stop.... Wings about a buck ea.

I ate here for the first time yesterday, and I was very pleased. The food was excellent. Great wings and sides. A member of our group said the quesadillas were really good. I like the restaurant style with extra emphasis on the bar area. Employees were really attentive and accommodating for our group. If I could offer any criticism it would be that the selection of music was not conducive to the environment. I heard some Katy Perry while I was there, which was nice, but not if your restaurant is formatted to be a sports bar. Other than that, great experience. Will definitely go back.

Overpriced and tough wings drowned in sub-average sauce. Decent beer selection and the service is hit or miss. At over $5 a beer for domestics and expensive wings, it gets very expensive. Its one of a large number of wings places to go to and is the worst of all of them (Quaker Steak, BW3, Roosters, Wingz, etc.). The only plus is a huge TV arrangement. Bathroom paper towel dispenser has been beaten in for months. The only other W&Rs in Columbus closed and I expect this one to before too long.

Great atmosphere and fun staff. The wings are amazing and you can tell they are fresh, never frozen. Boneless wings are big with lots of meat, not all junky breading like youll find at some restaurants. You choose your wing flavor, as well as the spiciness level. A few local craft beer options as well. Lots of TVs will keep you in the game. Great rewards program allows loyal customers to earn free stuff for being loyal. Overall, a great place to go watch the game and eat some bomb chicken wings.
