We had a group of 10. It took FOREVER to get our food. They brought out one plate, 5 mins later brought out 2 more. 15 mins later brought out 5 more. So we were still missing 2.. the waitress didnt even realize until we said something. Well about 20 mins later they finally got there food. Everyone else was done, of course. We spoke with the manager and he was not very understanding, blamed it on the new system they have. Said he would knock money off the bill for the inconvenience. Well.. He only knocked $5 off, not even the price of one meal. Needless to say we probably wont return to this location.

Okay so they arent that friendly. The waitress barely pays attention to you. The food sucks. The chicken is to hard and the meat inside the breading is so small. Your better off going to Roosters. The music sucks. The waitress lied to us about having a certain drink but we later found out they had it. There was way to much breading on the chicken, hardly any meat and rock hard. It was ridiculous.

I like the food here is good, just think the prices are a little much for what you get. The service is typically lacking, I think because they dont have enough staff scheduled at a time. My most recent visit I was waiting a while to get my check, to find out my waitress had to take trash out to the dumpsters. I mean, shouldnt they have someone else do that who doesnt have to to tend to customers?

I went there back in September for my daughters birthday and we had a party of 6 and after they seated us, we waited 20mins for someone to come take our drink order so we let.. Now we went December 17th for my nieces 18th birthday and i asked if theyll sing "happy birthday" and our waitress told us no, 30 minutes later, they came out to sing to another group. Very disappointed. I will not return

B-Ws used to be a great place but they fell victim to corporate greed! They barely sauce the wings and then charge you fifty cents per three wings to get an adequate amount of sauce! The staff will leave you thirsty and broke by the time you are into your appetizer! This place sucks! Things other than the wings are good though that is why they get two stars.

The service was terrible! I understand they were understaffed but 45 minutes to get a beer and 1hr and 40 minutes to get food without any communication!! The manager should have came out and communicated the delays and what they were doing to try to get everyone served!!! Then my daughter didnt even get what she ordered!! Just ridiculous!! Never again!!

I got a to go order from here. This place used to be a good value with decent service. Hense the term USED TO! The wings are incredibly tiny and the food usually cold. So if you are craving wings, but a bottle of sauce and put it on your own wings or just try Frickers or Roosters! This location is a compete rip off and WAY over priced!

Music was way to loud to even hear the person next to you. Ordered beer burger. What ever its called. To much mayo and all on one side. Waitress got refills for my wife and i ,for which we didnt need them. Still had plenty in our cups. Our teenage sons cup was almost empty , but got no refill. Will not go back to that location again.

I used to come to this bdubs location to eat all the time. A friend of mine told me about rumors of there being cockroaches in the building. Im not surprised that a restaurant is known to have bugs, but when youre sitting there eating and see one crawling by on the floor... absolutely DISGUSTING.

Was inconsiderate and rude was not greeted for five min..had to yell at workers sitting around..very disappointing manager made excuses for them not doing there job and being greated...managers name was mandy short lady...so miss down town where they took customers with care..jezz

With out fail they will mess up your to go order every time when they promise you they have you southwest ranch you can be sure they didnt... they have done this every time ... make sure they show you it in person.. do not believe its in the bag THEY LIE!!!!!

The cook made all our food to perfection. The onion rings were amazing! Make sure to try them if you go! Our waitress was nice and respectful. We never had to ask for anything. She was there before we had a chance. Best service Ive had in a long time!

The service was very slow, we waited 20 minutes just for our drink order to be taken, another 15 minutes before our order was taken, 30 minute wait for cold food I didnt care for. There was only about 4 tables in use so no excuse for any of the above.

We were seated and waited an hour and a half. Said "system issues" were causing delays and couldnt tell us when we will be served. We left after we tried to eat cold appetizers. No discount given on the bill. Go to Roosters always.

When you are serving spicy food you should make sure the customer has a drink before the food gets to the table and if you are serving 5 people you should give them more than 5 napkins when they ask for extra.

Its okay but you have to count your wings on wing day. You may order 24, theyll charge you for 24, and give you 18. No one likes getting ripped off even for a few bucks. Its happened multiple times.

Order the "Spicy Garlic" wings and youll be happy you are having fun at Springfield Buffalo Wild Wings! Great burgers are here as well! Not to mention the fantastic bar with lots of draught beers!

Inconsistent food quality, but largely enjoyable. I mean, the chain has been around for what? 30 years? BWs has great flavors and a fun atmosphere, but it will not surprise you in any way.

The staff acted like they didnt like their jobs. They stalk your table close by to see if you leave a tip. I love the food but the staff is so unwelcoming.
