If I could have given no stars, I would have. The entire staff look like an episode of "Orange is the new black." The woman who took my order had scabs all over her arms. Tongue ring(very apparent). Unhelpful while deciding what to order. She rushed us into deciding quickly with no one in line behind us. No one that I spoke with had ANY customer service skills. The room temperature was way too high. It was pure muggy in there. Takes "Exactly 18 minutes" to make your food so youll be waiting a while. Not a good lunch trip if you get 30 minutes vs. an hour or more. Heres a good one... There is NO TRASH CAN!! Thats right. When I asked where it was, the woman said shed take the trash and throw it away from the cash register counter. Mind you, this woman is now taking orders from other guests. If Im ordering and someone walks up and hands the lady some trash, I no longer want to hand over my card to her. (Yes you have to hand it over. No card machine for the customer to use.) No trash can. Not to throw away a straw wrapper, napkins from a spilled drink. Nothing. Speaking of napkins, they have two industrial rolls of nonperforated paper towels(like youd find in a bathroom) by the cash registers. Ill admit, the food wasnt terrible. It was nice and hot. The two sauces I tried could have been and are a lot better other places... But Ive also had worse. Food wasnt worth going back for. Too much breading on the chicken. The experience makes it HANDS DOWN the worst experience Ive ever had at a new business in Kingsport. Dont even waste your time. Go to Buffalo Wild wings or something.

All I have to say is horrible,horrible,horrible.. so we waited on our food for almost 15 mins and then when we got our food I went to take a bite and the breading on my chicken was way to hard for me to eat and there was only like 2 bites on it.. the girl behind the counter told me that the sauce I had picked wasnt spicy and it was spicy.. the fries taste like that they have been cooked with the chicken which is a health hazard and the girl behind the counter is "rude".. I sat at my table watched her be rude to another customer that came in after we did.. I will NOT EVER come back here again..

I was so excited to try this place only to be completely disappointed. Their website says you can order wings by the piece so, thats exactly what I attempted to do. Was told that was only certain days a week and only boneless. This would have been fine had the website say that anywhere but, it didnt. Went ahead and ordered two different flavors Hawaiian and BBQ. Wings were dry and the sauce was trying to cover it up. Was told 15 minutes upon my arrival. Arrived 20 minutes later and still had to wait 10 minutes. Maybe I came on a bad day? Either way I wont be back.

I got 4 bone-in Cajun wings, 4 boneless hickory-smoked barbecue, and fries, all of which were excellent. The ranch was the perfect consistency and taste. I also had 2 boneless mango habanero wings and they were perfectly sweet at first, and then very hot later. The service was outstanding, we were greeted when we walked in the door by both the cashier and a cook. The cashier answered any questions we had, and was overall very friendly. I will be returning soon. They were the best fast food wings Ive ever had. If I could give it six stars, I would.

Worst customer service Ive ever seen my pregnant wife called in an order 2 hours ahead time loves the ranch so ordered 3 gallons of it.. they continue to give me hard time asking why I needed so much ranch like its any of their business then had to wait 10 min so what was point in calling in ? Never eating there again wouldnt want anyone else to have to deal with rude blonde girl who made fun of me for ordering ranch

Capital letters really good. You know what I mean made fresh not sitting on the shelf the french fries are really good. We were offered roles I dont know if that was on the menu but they were really good too I will eat here again. And its always my wife liked it too.

Probably the best wings in town. Recommend ordering online if getting takeout since everything is made to order and can take 15 or more minutes. Staff was friendly enough. Location is a bit annoying to get in and out of, but not really that big of a deal.

Employees are rude and there are no trash cans inside the building. Not enough sauce! Took over 30 minutes to get a to go order of 10 wings. Not complicated. Pretty sure all the good reviews on here are fake and skew the overall rating. Not cool.

DELICIOUS! The best wings Ive ever tasted. So many varieties of sauces too. Great sides. Cant say enough about the new Wing Stop. Very friendly and helpful staff. You are definitely missing out if you dont try it!

Waited 30 min on 1 single 6 piece meal!!! An employee got his food before us. Horrible service for a new restaurant in Kingsport, the employees up front slacked around. Never coming back!!!

The better wing place in the Kingsport area. I always get the regular mild and then ask for extra sauce. This is the best place to get as close to a traditional buffalo wing as possible.

Great food always prepared to order. You may have to wait for it to be cooked but its well worth the wait. I recommend lemon-pepper and teriyaki with fries!

Love going for wings! Cooked fresh. My favorite is the parmigiano boneless with the handcut fries! I like that you can choose 2 flavors with a combo meal.
