We went to the store 10-15 minutes before closing and ordered a simple coffee. The clerk said they only had two types remaining, so we order one cup. There was not enough to fill the cup, so the clerk asked if he could mix it with another type. We should have left at that point. He mixed the coffee then we had to ask for milk, since it has already been put away. He then charged full price for the coffee. Good customer service would have given the half-cup for free or the mixed cup at a discount. No excuses, full price and please leave because we are closing. I hope you do. We wont return.

Walked in and was in heaven. The deep smell of fresh roasted coffee and delicate rich chocolates blessed the air and caressed my nose ever so gently. The mocha Frappe I tried slapped Starbucks silly. Soo much better. Winans has a much yummier Coffee chocolate taste rather than Starbucks chocolate coffee sugarness. Lovely scene for rest and relaxation. Chocolates were absolutely divine. Truly love the touch of wines to choose from. Very classy. Nice place to take a date!!

...enjoyed an Americano and a cherry cordial (chocolate). My wife considered her truffle to be the best that she had. The barista seemed aloof but the cashier was very friendly without being intrusive.

Horrible service from both employees working. Barely gave us the time of day and were rude answering questions. Coffee wasnt anything exceptional. Definitely not worth being treated like garbage.

Cant really speak for anything other than their coffee, but for $2 I can get a medium coffee - flavored or single origin, depending on their rotating menu of drip coffee

For a high end coffee shop they dont know how to make an espresso. And they serve it in a huge cold coffee mug so you drink your espresso cold.
