Coffee was standard and promptly received. The young guy who took my order was professional and friendly. However other workers have conducted themselves extremely unprofessionally and have been disruptive to customers in the shop. Shouting across the store, loudly conversing about shift changes and personal matters, and cursing when spills happen. This is NOT a good Starbucks to sit in to work. They obviously are not concerned with this. It seems like they need a functioning adult on staff.

They just lost a customer! There are other SBUX options that I will gladly give my business, even if it means an extra 5-10 mins in the car. WTF - change your posted business hours if you dont plan to honor them! I pulled up @8:45PM, 15 mins before the posted closing time of 9PM. One of the 3 associates inside gave me the "cut off" sign (?) -- you know, waving the hand across her neck - to tell me not to bother coming in. No explanation, no friggin manners! And no more of my business.

I have given this Starbucks several chances, but I just dont think I can go here anymore. Theyre not time efficient, they tend to make mistakes on my order most of the time, and most (not all) of the employees Ive come in contact with there have not been friendly. No smiles, no greetings, no connecting with the customer. As a former Starbucks employee, I just dont find it acceptable. Hopefully I can return and see improvement sometime.

Ive been coming here for years and had been pleased with their quick service. But now, the service has gotten super slow especially after they have their drive-thru service. It used to be 5 minutes for me to get my drink, and now at the drive-thru it takes over 15 minutes. Starbucks need to improve their service at this location!

I really dont understand what has happened here since the big upgrade (drive thru and wooden counter earlier this year). The service was decent before. Now its soulless, slow and plain incompetent. Sometimes Ill stand by the counter waiting to be acknowledged when there are 5 baristas on the floor. That could be greatly improved.

Baristas are nice but drink orders are almost always wrong, even when not busy. Drive thru is a nightmare if 4+ cars present; takes excessive time to get through. 9/10 times I go out of my way to visit the 4895 Peachtree industrial blvd Starbucks location which is infinitely better in terms of accuracy and speed.

sometimes their fast and sometimes they take a little while, but recently i had a very nice barista who was very helpful with recommending me drinks and informing me of availabilities. Just wanted to give a shout out to that guy, whatever his name is. Thanks for being so friendly!

This place is the slowest Starbucks Ive ever encountered. They usually get the order wrong and then give you attitude when you correct them. I know a lot of Starbucks employees who would be appalled at what the staff here get away with while other locations bust their butts!

Good Starbucks coffee like anywhere else. Theyve forgotten part of my order a couple times. One of the drive through microphones doesnt work and its labeled backwards. You have to enter through the Walgreens parking lot if youre approaching from the south.

Wont accept a $100 note. Really? Its 2016! Made my nonfat late without skimmed/nonfat milk (would have been a 1* if they did not make it agin so happily!) Quiet here today. Normally crazy busy and slow service but today 6 staff and ok.

Used to be one of the best Starbucks with really fast service when they had the guys running it. Since they changed the staff to the girls(no offense) they are now one of the slowest runned Starbucks.
