Phenomenal latte! I mean I think I could give up Starbucks for Proper Cup and Im an every day visitor to Starbucks. Love the cute animal cracker on the side. Frank (the owner) is friendly and knowledgeable. Love the decor and atmosphere. In time maybe they will add a few more comfy seats. Either way, I will be back!!!

I am thrilled to have a GOOD coffee shop close to work now!! The pour-over style is my favorite, and the coffee they use is flavorful and enjoyable. Everyone I have met who work there have been incredibly joyful and helpful and you leave with a smile every time. I highly recommend this place!!

The interior was simple and comfortable, and the staff was friendly, courteous, and helpful. I had the jasmine tea, which was piping hot and delicious! I would highly recommend this establishment to anyone, as I will definitely be returning for another delicious cup of tea!

The best coffee in Livingston County. Fresh roasted beans from Good Sense Coffee. Take a bag home with you! Deliciously refreshing cold brewed coffee poured straight from a tap. French press pots of coffee, too. Free wi-fi. Great business meeting place. Fine for kids.

Awesome hidden coffee shop in Brighton/Howell Area. Very clean, and spaced out, great food and coffee as well as very nice staff. Barista named Ben was there during my visit and offered samples, explained various menu items, and made overall experience very pleasant.
