This is by far the worst Starbucks in the Dayton area. Ive been here 3 times and every single trip has been a terrible experience. The first 2 times my Americano was lukewarm. The third time I was the only person in line at 7pm on a weeknight and ordered a simple as-is Frappuccino and the new egg whites with bacon. First of all they gave me the wrong type of egg whites. Then I waited about 15 minutes for my drink, meanwhile NOBODY else was in line or waiting on drinks in the store. Literally every drink that was being made was going out the drive thru window. Im sorry, but if I go inside to order at literally ANY other place, Ive never had to compete with drive thru customers when waiting for my order. And on top of all of this, yes theres more. The staff at this location is extremely unfriendly, nobody seems like they want to even be there. Theres a very clear management problem at this Starbucks location. Avoid at all costs unless you enjoy slow service and rude employees.

I originally rated them a 2 and posted: Great staff and good sized place but I have never been able to get thru the drive thru in less than a half hour. Not because it is crowded but somehow theyre always messing up drinks. I believe the errors are because theyre so new and still training people. They did give me my drinks for free and apologized for the wait. Theyre professional and working hard.

My order was made correctly and I had a short wait. I was a little disgusted because I had to ask the lady to wash her hands before reaching to get my food and pour my drink.She had been mopping the floor. When the toaster oven beeped, she simply leaned the mop against the counter and started to reach for my food.She made a face showing her dislike for being asked to wash her hands.

Been here several times since they opened usually before I go to work in the morning and unless you want to be late and have your order be messed up pretty much every other time dont go there I ordered a venti frappuccino this morning with no whip and they gave me a Grande with whip and I paid for the Venti. Im done Ill go back to in and out java or DDs

Better places to sit than other local Starbucks. Parking is terrible though. If you park to close to the building youll get stuck in the drive thru traffic. But they are quick and accurate on orders.

Good stuff and very fast service. Large place to hangout and do work in or just talk. Also parking situation here is better than other newer Starbucks Ive been too.
