I love the friendly staff here that is the only good thing about this place anymore. Recently the espresso tastes burnt and I have had to dump drink after drink. I have been served cold breakfast sandwiches on more then one occasion and the bagel sandwiches are not toasted and are chewy and gross. I cant waste my money here anymore so now I drive all the way to Hartland to get my Biggby fix. Ugh.

Today I went to Biggby Coffee of Howell for the first time and I really had a great experience, there was a line of cars in the drive through but Karla, Brooke & Shyanne (sorry I spelt that last name wrong). All got the job done and I got an excellent coffee. 5 Stars. Im definitely coming here more often. Thank you for a awesome Coffee experience.

My mother and me went here via their drive-thru to get a cup of coffee. My mother (who ordered the coffee for herself) enjoyed her drink, and while I didnt get to go inside, the outside of the restaurant looks very nice. A lady employee (who took our order through the outdoor speaker and the drive-thru window) was very friendly.

Slowest place on earth. If there is more than 2 cars in the drive through...forget about it!!! I waited 20 minutes. The staff cant do more than 1 thing at a time. The only reason I keep giving them second chances is because there are no other options in Howell.

A large relaxing atmosphere. Music at just the right level, flat screen tv with news hilights, friendly staff and their triple tall, soy Caramel Marvel is awesome!! Oh, did I mention they also have Free Wi- Fi and a drive-thru.

Waited inside for 5 minutes while 4 staff sat at a table while 2 girls were working. 3 cars got helped in the time I was in a line that didnt move. Pathetic. Would have gave it zero stars but wasnt able to!

Very dissapointed. Google says this location is open until 10pm, arrived just after 9pm to see you are closed. Please update this information so there arent more upset people like me.
