THE slowest Starbucks in existence. I have been to a lot of locations over the years and this has got to be the worst. My last usual location could have 10-15 cars in the drive thru line and it would take a maximum of 15 minutes to get through it...but this location? There could be only 4 or 5 cars in the line and theyll take at LEAST 20 minutes. Its absolutely ridiculous. Think itll go quicker to go inside? NOPE!! And to top it off, the staff is rude and acts like they dont care at all. There are a few nice employees, but for the most part they arent, or they just have no idea what theyre doing.

So this place just opened and I was excited because there used to be a Starbucks in this location about 10 years ago. I go with my friend and when we walk to the counter there or 5-6 people behind the counter, none of which speak to us. Finally someone comes up and takes our order. We had to wait nearly 10 minutes for our order, in which the names were wrong, the drinks were wrong, and we left because the environment was so unfriendly. I will not be coming back here any time soon.

One of the worst Starbucks Ive ever been to. I wouldnt even it give it 1 star. Service here is painfully slow whether youre in the drive-thru or inside. Whats even more irritating is that they never seem to have what you want. I went yesterday for a chocolate smoothie and the girl told me they didnt have any bananas. Seriously?! I always end up going up the road to the South Old Peachtree location or the one in Johns Creek. Service is always MUCH better there.

I come here regularly both inside and drive thru. The mobile pick up location surprised me because its so close to the door but thats actually better. Staff is always friendly and quick. Ive never caught attitude here and they keep this nice new building clean even on busy days. Good acoustics inside--not too loud but not library silent so you have some privacy. Outside area nicely shaded in the afternoon.

This is one of the worst Starbucks Ive ever been to. Its freezing cold inside (they have five large vents blowing air below 70 degrees) and I watched as three employees neglected dirty floors, dirty tables and piled up trash cans next to a table piled with more trash...for hours...I wish I was kidding about this. Perhaps the crew was not trained properly because Ive never seen that at any other Starbucks.

I ordered a panini and a drink. My drink came out pretty quickly but the staff did not even attempt to give me my panini. It was heated and just sat in the oven... I asked the staff and it was then given to me and she was unapologetic. Also, I asked for a cup of iced water.. Why does the barista give me an attitude, like I asked for something I shoudnt have. Service her is NOT good. Staff is rude.

I went there yesterday, but the workers were all unfriendly. When my coffee came out, the cup wasnt filled fully. So i asked if she could fill it up, and she angrily told that "next time say it at the front". I enjoy going to Starbucks, but I was surprised with the fact that the staff at this Starbucks was unfriendly. Never been treated this way. The manager should educate the staff more!

Not the best experience. There was no music playing. The staff here is very slow at getting to make drinks. They seem more interested in talking very loudly to their coworkers including using foul language. There doesnt seem to be much management at this location. Fortunately there are other Starbucks close by.

Literally worst service. There were 3 cars in drive thru and they took 15-20 minutes Update: Inside is the same too. Agree with many reviews here. Slowest Starbucks in the US. If you have time to kill this is probably place you could come not for a quick coffee on a busy day. Staff is clueless on what to do.

The staff wasnt honesty. I left my hat in this Starbucks and called to ask a staff to look for it twice. He didnt call back to me. He answered he couldnt find it. However I visited again to look for my hat by myself and I could find easily. I thought he didnt try to find at all. I dont wanna come again.

Sitting here now.. The internet is extremely slaw, the staff is slow, it is more comfortable sitting in Delta tiny chairs than these wood chairs. The place looks great from the outside but the inside décor is horrible. Will probably will not last more than 5 min. here and will not come back again

Its a new location ... its very nice! Very busy and kind of loud not idealistic for working on your laptop.The Wifi isnt the fastest but its good. I enjoyed my visit there. The staff were pretty nice and helpful. I love that they have plugs at the bottom of the tables to plug in your laptop
