We attempted to stop in for Blizzards on Friday night, but we arrived at 9:32 PM. There were still people in the lobby, a line in the drive through and the door was open, so we went in assuming they were open. They were very clearly not happy with us. Apparently their lobby closes at 9:30 and the drive through closes at 10. We were told that in order to place an order, we would have to go back out to our car and drive through. REALLY? We were planning to get it to go anyway, so why could they not have just taken our order (and our money!) and let us be on our way? That would have been faster for them and for us. We chose to skip it entirely rather than get in the drive through line and give them our business. If my employees treated my customers the way we were treated at this location, they would no longer be employed. Unfortunately, based upon prior reviews, this seems to be the norm. There is lots of competition in town. Ill gladly give my business to someone else.

Ive never had a good experience here. Terrible service, rude employees, mediocre, overpriced food. Ive tried to give them so many chances, but its never improved. I went today on my way home to get a chicken basket and I got 4 of the tiniest chicken strips Ive ever seen. I have absolutely tiny hands, and the strip was shorter than the palm of my hand, every one of them. I hate that the next closest one is on the complete other side of town because I do enjoy their food when its satisfactory. I guess Im done trying with this location.

Absolutely disgusting!!!! I will never be returning here again. Went to get smoothies for my children through the drive thru and as I was getting my smoothie I was coughed on by a toothless woman working the drive thru. She coughed on my hand as well as on the smoothie! The service here is absolute garbage as well. None of the workers know what manners are.

Granted it was getting close to closing time, and there were a total of about 3 people being served, but we waited for a total of about 10 minutes for a couple smoothies...then he forgot to give us straws.. Up to two stars because the smoothies were actually good.

this location has nothing but rude, unattentive service. the food is disgusting and ill prepared and never accurate to your preferences. it is worth the drive to a different location because this store is simply horrid.
