Facility is nice and clean Service need more training. They are great but lack training. Management need to read this and train their staff. Did not bring utensils, we have to ask for it. Staff unfamiliar with menu Food. NOT FRESH!!! The fresh herbs plates has soggy green apples. They left it in the water for a very long time thats why. The bean sprouts - something. Been in the water for so long the color changed to a brownish yellow tint instead of white The heavily advertised grilled fish. It has great components but execution by the chef..... was bad. Lack quality control. My grilled fish still cold inside. We sent back to the kitchen, more oven time, the fish dried out pretty bad, still tasting pretty decent. Could have been better. Reason for failure: they cook the fish when it was still frozen inside. Solution: should ask customer to call in 15 mins before coming for this particular item. If not, tell them its gonna be a long wait. Lack control of kitchen flow. Miso ramen, lack depth, the chicken was smelly and has weird consistency. The reason is because it was left too long at the incorrect temperature. The chicken meat actually started to rot thats why. Bò lá lốt - grilled beef. Not fresh. This item seemed to be cooked ahead of time and re-grilled. The wrapped leaves and the meat were soggy - possibly frozen and then re-heat. Pad Thai - no no no. This need to cook with tamarind. They used peanut sauce. The sauce did not penetrate the noodle and there was too much water. Chef was lazy. Did not give enough time for noodle to dry after boiling. Chef doesnt know what he is doing. Grilled shrimp paste - actually taste ok. Execution is good on this item. However, raise the price and put more shrimp. The flour added to the shrimp to lower the cost actually make Vietnamese food bad. Shrimp are expensive, just raise the price. Dont lower the quality. Why do the Chinese buffets style - bad reputation waiting to happened. The owner spent money to decorate the facility and they did a good job of re-branding. However, one big thing is service, need lots of improvement. There was no leadership. The owner probably wonder why they are not making money like they wanted. Taste your food. Eat the menu.!!! And if you honestly think that your food taste good and adequately represent Vietnamese flavor..... may God be with you!!!!!! Food sucks!!!! So many errors in execution. Flavor is not there. Ingredients are not fresh.... sad!

Some small things bothered me and I was just going to ignore them until my food came out and it was so stupidly ill prepared that I told them to take it back and off my bill. I got their specialty seafood flatnoodle stir fry that they failed to stir fry. Not only what it lacked in taste they are not experienced in how to prepare seafood properly from the texter of the squid and how I gagged the expired shrimp. As well as the fact they didnt even mixed in the noodles. They just cooked the noodles barely through and slab the. On the plate dead center all stuck together. And they had very long menu of drinks so I decided to just play it safe as my first time there and get water. It was obviously from the faucet unfiltered, anyone over 5 with taste buds could tell. Not great. And we were the only people in the restaurant. He gives us the bill and walks away as we try to hand him the card. As if there were other tables to check when we just keep seeing him on his phone and we want to leave! Never coming here again. You want good food go to Japanese Sushi and Ramen restaurant at park row or Thai texas. Those places are legit. This place poured all their money into the design of the restaurant and not in their food at all

GROSS GROSS GROSS!!! THIS PLACE GOT MY DAUGHTER AND I EXTREMLY ILL. WE ORDERED PHO AND WHEN I GOT MY BOWL THE MEAT TASTED VERY WEIRD. BROUGHT THIS TO THE SERVERS ATTENTION SND SHE SAID IT WAS JUST THE FLAVOR. WELL AFTER THAT I WAS GROSSED OUT BECAUSE I KNOW BAD FOOD. MY DAUGHTER ASKED FOR A TO GO BOX. WE LEFT AND WENT HOME. BY THE TIME WE GOT HOME MY CAR SMELLED LIKE VOMIT. WELL TGE REASON WAS THE PHO WAS OLDDDD. SO THEY MUST HAVE BEEN SERVING REHEATED PHO.. NEXT DAY I WOKE UP AND GUESS WHAT??? IM ILL.... JUST LEFT MY DOCTOR AND HE CONFIRMED FOOD POISION..THESE PEOPLE ARE LUCKY I DONT GO GET THE SOUP OUT THE TRASH AND MY NOTE AND GET ME A GOOD LAWYER... BEWARE FOLKS IF IT TASTE FUNNY ITS BECAUSE IT IS OLD... DEMAND FRESH OR LEAVE... WE WERE TGE ONLY ONES IN THIS PLACE!!! That should have red flagged me.

We ordered the baked fish. We called 20 mins out. They said it would be ready in 30 mins. We told them we would be there in 15 mins. We sat at the table for close to 45 mins. When they FINALLY brought us the fish, it was BURNT. [See pic] The greens were DIRTY & even had bugs in it so they took it back to wash but they brought us back the same ones this time, drenched wet! They NEVER checked on us & the only time they came to the table was when we waved them down. They never refilled our water either. Servers were CHILDREN. We never once saw a person that even looked over 21. TERRIBLE! Dont waste your money or time here unless you dont care able the things listed.

Now called "Zen" Food here sucks. Ive never had anything taste so horrible in my life. How do you screw up brown rice. It had no flavor and was very hard and dry. The curry chicken was my mistake to order, but it was also disgusting. I had a smoothie and that was ok. The waiter was only present to bring my meal then I never saw him again after I told him the meal didnt meet my satisfaction. Great atmosphere, sucky food, and that one unprofessional waiter.

The food had little taste and came out wrong. We tried the mango shake but it was awful. Its powder based and tasted like pure sugar. It took 10 mins before we were greeted at the table and only 4 tables were sat including us. The only thing I did enjoy was their coffee milk tea. They have really good milk teas and crab rangoon. Ill just go for the tea and rangoon now .

I think this place is very hit-or-miss. I ended up having a flat noodle dish that was extremely tasty, and my date had a pad thai that had hardly any flavor at all. I guess thats what comes out of having an extremely large menu- too many dishes to make them all excellently! The wait staff was minimally attentive, but not rude. Nice for a casual bite of asian food.

Food was acceptable, not exceptional. Well, the calamari was good. Service? Nonexistent is the best word to describe the service. If youve got time to kill (maybe while reading War and Peace?) and dont mind being ignored for long streches of time without anything to drink or while waiting for a check, give it a shot. I wont be going back.

Amazingly delicious pho but delivery policy is a joke and ridiculous. They have a minimum of 25 dollar for some soup. Secondly they charge $3 delivery fee within 3 miles, $5 delivery fee within 5 miles and $10 over 5 miles. I ordered a 15.00 order and lived 3.2 miles so my total was 20 and still wouldnt deliver. Ridiculous!!!!
