Worst experience I have ever had! Went there at 8 pm and there were 2 people working and no one else in there. I ordered a taco burger and chips and salsa. So after waiting 15 minutes with no food. Someone else came in ordered got their food in just a few minutes. I went up and asked if mine was ready and both looked at each other and didnt even remember me ordering. The one that took my order couldnt remember if he even took the order or made it. So I just got my money and left. Not sure how that even happened. I have heard they have great food so I thought I would try it for the first time but I would actually have to get the food to know. Will never go there again. And it was filthy in there.

I do not know what the draw is. People jam themselves into this restaurant so tightly that I wish you good luck trying to leave. The only cooking utensils owned by this place is a microwave. So if eating reheated food on paper plates is your thing then Im sure you will rate this place 5 stars. This place also expects you to eat everything with a spoon and they do not care nor have any intention of getting anything other than plastic spoons. Dont bother asking youll just get a smart answer. Everything about Red Pepper is minimalist in order to make the most profit.

Unfortunately none of the tables were cleaned off so I was tempted to eat on the floor. Have you ever tried to eat an enchilada with a plastic spoon? It doesnt work... neither does this restaurant. Poor service and there is a douchey statement written on the spoons cup saying how you dont need a fork to eat a salad. ... yes you do.

Hit and miss. Either pretty bad or meh.. chips and salsa are excellent but tables are dirty and better bring your own toilet paper half the time. Great potential but not the greatest execution. Tables and floor are dirty most of the time also. Service if nice though.

Not much to look at from the outside, but this place was awesome. Subs were huge and fantastic value. We only stopped in while on a road trip on the recommendation of someone passing and it was well worth it!

The food is affordable and you can get quite a bit. But what I cant stand is that they dont have forks and they tell you " yes you can eat salad with a spoon". To me thats not an exoerienxe , its being cheap.

I ordered the taco salad and got about 1oz. of taco meat. The other ingredients were lettuce and cheese, with hot sauce and their white sauce. Not good at all. Will never eat there again.

Delicious grinders! These grinders are delicious! A very filling meal and tasty! You can get a 1/2 (which is an adult meal) for $5! It was delicious! Ill be back more often!
