So I have been ordering from On A Roll for a while now. At first things were great. The food is good and they deliver downtown. For the past few months it has gone down hill so fast. Every single (EVERY TIME) I order or anyone orders around me the order is either very very late (over an hour for a salad) or wrong. For me, it is usually both. I dont know if this place can just not handle the business or what. I actually stopped ordering from them but today gave them another try. Once again my order is wrong. Seriously they need to take a look at their business and customer satisfaction. They just cant handle delivery it seems. I unfortunately am breaking up with them and advising anyone else to not count on delivery from them. Too bad, their food is actually good when you get it or if you get it!! So now updating. 1.5 hours later and the second incorrect salad has now been delivered. How hard is a salad???: When I called to speak with the Manager, he actually laughed when I told him the situation. The owners of the restaurant should be ashamed of this staff and the reputation it has with downtown businesses.

This place used to be great, not anymore. Had my 3rd poor experience in a row today and am very disappointed. I work downtown and many of my co-workers and I (used to) frequent this establishment, but there are too many sandwich shops downtown to continue to accept poor service. My first 2 bad experiences were ordering delivery and it taking 1.5 hours to receive my order. Today both my co-worker and myself walked down to avoid the poor delivery and when we got back to work both of our orders were wrong. We walked back down, got an apology and waited 10 more minutes for them to remake 2 sandwiches although there were NO other customers in there. They have never taken responsibility for these mistakes...every time blaming it on their computer software.....well I just wasted an hour of my 12 hour work day on picking up lunch (for the last time).

HORRIBLE! Tried to order online and had no pay option. I called the location they said I could pay with a card when the delivery was made. I received a receipt that said pay by cash when delivered. 45 minutes after I placed an order I called the restaurant again and asked them about my order. They seemed confused and like they lost my order. They proceeded to tell me that it was going to be 20 more minutes.... needless to say I ordered a salad... not a steak. Very Unprofessional and will not be returning to the business.

On a roll was amazing! A lady outside who worked at the nearby kava bar recommended it and we went in with few minutes before an appt, and they got us in and out and super satisfied. We chose the ciabatta boom and it was filling and delicious. The manager even gave us chips and cookies for our girls and talked with them a bit (theyre 1 & 2) I would give On a Roll 10 stars if I could! Great place with awesome people!

Tried a sandwich a couple weeks ago, and picked up a tray of specialty sandwiches today! The entire office enjoyed every one of them. Fresh bread, boars head meats and light zesty sauces. My favorite, so far ... the Maui Waui & Kickin Chicken! Ill be going back!

On a roll is a great place to eat. They have great subs, wraps, and salads. Friendly customer service. I would give it a 5star but they started hiring people..now the wrap and sandwich I order dont look good anymore.

Phone is never answered, service is slow. Food is great. Frustrating to have to commit a chunk of your work day for a sandwich.
