I had high hopes for this place. Its been around for over 2 years now...long enough to work out the kinks on properly running a restaurant. Plus wed heard great things about the food. We were able to get seated (outside) immediately, and the waitress brought crayons and a kids menu for my child, which is always nice. The atmosphere is very pleasant. Almost an east side/Pittsford vibe to it. We ordered the kids penne and meatballs ($8), an iceberg wedge salad ($9.50), Farmers Market pizza (special - no price listed), and a ribeye steak sandwich ($15). Our waitress was pleasant enough. She said she would bring out the salad with the kids meal, and put the sandwich and pizza in together. Over an HOUR later the wedge salad finally arrived. Skimpy on the blue cheese and bacon, with a few slivers of red onion, and two tiny slices of tomato for garnish. Definitely not worth $9.50. In fact, Applebees properly does a wonderful wedge salad - I highly recommend it. 10 minutes later the kids pasta finally came out. Large portion size, warm, and the noodles were properly cooked, but the sauce was terrible. Absolutely no flavor at all, other than the fresh parsley sprinkled on top – which I liked, but my 6 yr old was not a fan of at all, and proceeded to laboriously pick out each little piece of green (and this child is not afraid of a vegetable). The meatballs were good though. Flavorful and juicy. With still no sign of our sandwich and pizza (are they making the dough from scratch and letting it rise for an hour first??) and the child, who will devour bowls and bowls full of his grandma’s pasta, being done after two bites, we asked our waitress to make the rest of our meal To Go. Now an hour and 40 minutes in, with other people arriving after us getting their food already, we decided no pizza was worth this, and we’d all had enough. So we left a $20 on the table (which I hope the waitress took all of for her tip), and left. I’m giving Six50 1 star for the meatballs and am totally bummed that I will never get to try their black oven pizza, as I will never be back. Almost 2 hours for a pizza, sandwich, pasta, and salad. The restaurant was not packed either, so I can only assume they literally have one single wood oven to cook everything in, and the chefs had to go chop the wood themselves. Oh, the bathroom was nice, too.

We took my daughter and son-in-law there for dinner as they had never been there before. It was our first time back since the re-opening and we used to love going there. What a disappointment. OUR SERVER WAS GREAT!!! Im allergic to dairy, he wrote that down. My salad came out full of cheese. He takes it back to the kitchen and within one minute our entrée comes out. My husband was eating his salad, I never got another one so told them I didnt want it. We ordered the greens and beans with sausage over linguine. The problem was there was no linguine. It was a small bowl of greens and beans with very little sausage in it. The waiter talked to the kitchen and they were going to make us another one. That turned out to be greens, beans, a little sausage over a few egg noodles. It tasted horrible. I think the cook should read the menu and make the meal the way it should be. This used to be my favorite meal there, it was delicious. Im not sure what has changed. We always accepted their overpriced menu because the food was so good. However, I dont see us returning anytime soon. The one star is for the waiter.

we attended the wine pairing dinner on Dec. 10. $ 300.00 for 4 people and we were promised a six course dinner experience. first course was 1 oyster, second course was a little morsel of lobster served to us on a small spoon. third course was 1/2 deviled egg. by now our husbands became a bit frustrated because it became clear that we were going to leave hungry. although what we sampled was deliciously prepared and the wine was good, it was most definitely not a 6 course dinner but a small sampling. and most certainly NOT worth the money we spent! As a matter of fact, our intentions were to purchase gift certificates for our staff as Christmas gifts, but changed our minds. Feel taken advantage of and certainly would not recommend this to anyone.

I rarely complain, but after 25 min waiting for soup I had to go look for my waitress. I then notice she enteres the second French onion soup on the Aloha software. 6 minutes later she comes out with soup and sons pizza saying she will be right out with the rest, knowing 5 minutes ago I asked where there were and we already waited 25 min sense ordering. No apologies at all. Then she brings out other appetizers for other table and wait another few minutes and no soup. It was horrible. We found the manager and paid for pizza and drinks and left. Never go back again... was a birthday dinner too. Wow...just wow.

Really like this place. We have never had a bad meal here. Service is always great and friendly. Always lots of food, especially the pasta dishes. A bit higher price point than a typical Italian place, but the wood-fired oven and the amount of food you get makes up for it. Their winter menu is completely different than their old one, which is a shame because we had fallen in love with some of the dishes on the old one that we wish were included as a standard on all of the seasonal menus. Overall, I would definitely recommend eating here!

Disappointing. Two pasta dishes ordered (Linguini w/ red sauce and Alfredo) both lacked any sense of seasoning. Extremely high priced dishes - $20 and $19 for pasta dishes (restaurant appears to be justifying price w/ portions fit for 3) that are not enjoyable. Previous visit to location was very enjoyable, but this visit is telling me to go elsewhere. Restaurant offered to get us something else, but I am not sure it would have been any better.

Very unimpressed. Service was incredibly slow, even though about 12 people were working there and it was only our table for a while. The food wasnt great, onions on the pizza werent pre-cooked so they were basically raw and the meatballs werent very flavorful. Worst of all, their to-go pizza boxes arent big enough for their pizza, so both of our leftover pizzas were folded over onto themselves.

Meals were excellent. Have not been there in about a year and the food is much better than I remembered. I had the steak sandwich and my wife had Cesar salad with salmon. Salmon was done to perfection and nicely seasoned. Steak sandwich was smothered in peppers, onions and mushrooms -.great stuff. Prices are mid to upper range for the area, but I felt it was well worth it. We will be back.

Ordered a decent sized takeout, steak, kids meal, pizza, wings and salads. Steak was under cooked and found 2 long blonde hairs on the steak and one in the wings. Lol. Thought I was being pranked or something. Disappointed. They are sending me a gift card but Ill prob never use it to be honest.

Margherita pizza was good.... but the other pizzas were too greasy and the vegetables were wilted. French onion soup was terribly salty. Its nice that there is finally a restaurant on the west side that isnt a diner or chain... but theyll need to seriously improve the food before ill go again.
