I order from main moon a lot because I like the food. . . But the woman that answers the phone is extremely rude. She is practically yelling at you about your order. . Never says Thank you. . Sometimes I hate to call because I dont want to talk to the big change. . They would make more money without her I have canceled my order a couple times when she goes off on me.

The owner or owners wife ( whoever the older lady is) is not friendly what so ever,just downright rude on the phone and in person! As the other reviews said,she seems as if she hates being there and that youre a bother to her. We like their food. Thats the only thing that keeps us coming back. When we find another decent Chinese place nearby..we wont be back.

The food is decent, price is ok. But the lady that manages front is always in bad mood, poor customer service every time. Even trying to be friendly (every time I went) as a customer you are treated with disrespect. Ended up going to Ming Wok with better quality food, cheaper and a very friendly atmosphere.

I remember the first time I came to Main Moon, I was very please with the customer service. This is July 10, 2016. I dont know who the lady is upfront but if they dont change your attitude shes going to cause this business to go bad. Unless someone else buys it. The food is definitely good!

I found a roach in my dish and scolded by the woman on the phone when I called back to let them know and was told to removed the roach from the dish and continue to eat. What the heck kind of service is this and is this such a norm that they just wave it off as if its no big deal????

This is by far the best Chinese food in Wilmington. The cooks are experienced and hand made dishes are the closest you will get to New York China town in Wilmington...The delivery is fast almost to fast and friendly nice family place.

This use to be the best Chinese take-out/delivery ever!! I just called to order my food, the lady was super rude, very impatient, and told me my food wouldnt be ready for 45 mins...wth?? What ever happened to 10 minute??

The food is always good and you get plenty for your money. They usually have my food ready in about 10 mins, depending on time and day. They have a few 4 person tables for dine in, but Ive only ever taken mine to go.
