Im not one to write comment about restaurants whether theyre good or bad but this place is just great. PERFECT staff, I had the pleasure to meet the manager great guy have nothing to say but good things about him. I had a problem understanding the rules with one of the employees he came over and help me understand what I was being told. Went over lunch hours very busy not many time to clean around but he managed to not only be on register ringing people up but he also was wiping down tables going over customer tables taking trash away from them always smiling and just making everyone feel welcome. Unfortunately I didnt got to catch his name due to the fact the they were very busy but definitely will be back for more food and to thank him for such great service. Owner should be very very proud to have a great staff and great manager.

I love this place. They always look out for my daughters and me. Sometimes I go in 10 minutes before the $1 taco Tuesday special kicks in and they still give me taco Tuesday prices. The young lady tending the cash register always treats me well and gives me the best price you can. I have nothing but good things to say about Island tacos. I highly recommend their establishment.

Shady place, went in today and just from the outside it looked so uninviting but went in anyway cause I was hungry. This place doesnt look like the same one on Racine Dr. Ordered then realized they overcharged me then did NOT want to refund what I didnt buy or receive cause of register issues??? Very rude people there. Thought I was in Mexico, really.

This place fills up quick around noon! We got here at just the right time, but they honestly moved the line quickly and with a smile! The food is cheap, filling, and delicious. The only weird thing is that my friend and I didnt get carded for our beer... There were too deputies behind us in line so that was kind of awkward.....................

The girl who was both manning the register and making tacos did not change gloves after handling dirty money and debit cards with the same glove. Absolutely disgusting and how people with compromised immune systems die.

In town for the Cape Fear Comedy Fest and was looking for inexpensive food. $1 tacos!!!!! I got two chicken tacos, chips, and a drink for less than five bucks. I almost want to move here just for cheap tacos.
