Used to be a good place. I dont know what happened but in the last six months its seriously dropped in quality, order accuracy, and customer service. Since this has happened, everytime Ive placed a delivery order something is wrong with my order. The crust flavor isnt right, the food is undercooked, etc. Ntm I live 2 minutes away from this store and it takes and hour or more to get my food. This last time I had had enough and finally went up there with the food and demanded a refund. I dont like to complain and this manager is exactly one of the reasons why I hate to complain. He was rude and short and even made a comment about the way I talk. Im southern so I call everyone honey, darlin and so on. When I did that, he snapped at me "dont call me honey". I wasnt even using it in a rude manner. Then when I said that Id been having nothing but problems with them for months hes like you shouldve called and said something everytime that happened. Um, I work full time, when I order pizza, its bc Im exhausted and in so much pain I cant cook dinner. I dont exactly feel like dealing with some rude ass manager at 10:30 at night bc they cant do something as simple as correctly make a pizza. I did get my refund and a cancelled pizza someone had ordered, which I appreciate. But, I did not appreciate this mangers attitude, especially considering I wasnt cussing him out or showing my ass. I was being pretty nice considering my frustration with them. I love pizza hut but I will never go through this particular location again.

I want to start off by saying I love pizza huts food (when made right). Im not sure if they are changing ingredients or what but it taste old and nasty even if Im there watching the food being made. I used to work there and I for one can say that the upper management needs to seriously look into who they have working for their company. I left because of being treated so poorly by others. (Not customers) and the last two times I went a blonde female driver is bragging about how she is driving with no insurance or proper tags!!!! Is this the kinda people you want working and representing your business your brand??? I wouldnt. I will keep coming because I rather eat pizza hut than Dominos but yall need to step up at this location. Brian Mullis needs to look into whats going on like right now. And on top of it, most of my friends will tell me they close dining room at 8pm??? Sometimes later or earlier than that??? I thought the whole store stayed open til 10pm? Either way something needs to be done now or that store will go under.

If I could leave less than 1 star, I would. The pizza was 20 minutes late and cold. It was supposed to be half and half, but was exactly 3 slices one way and 5 the other. The meats were tossed on top and fell off when it was picked up. We took a couple bites and that was enough. To top it off, the drink I ordered to make the minimum order, wasnt delivered. I NEVER complain when food is so-so, but I want my money back. So I called, was put on hold for 11 minutes and was told the manager Eric would talk to me. Another 5 minutes on hold and I was told Eric was in the back and would not come to the phone. I heard terrible things about this place, but my hubs wanted Pizza Hut. At least I got to hear, "you were right. That was the worst pizza Ive ever had." So, theres that. I still want my money back.

The food was OK, but the service was awful. Placed order for 4 pizzas and an order of cinnamon sticks at 6:20, delivery showed up at 7:50, and was not complete. He showed up with 3 pizzas. The driver said he would go back to the store and pickup the rest. I called at 9:00 and spoke to the manager on duty and was told she didnt know what was going on but would remake the pizza and it would be another 40 min. I told her no, just cancel the order and refund the money. She said she couldnt do that, but would give me a credit on my next order. I told her that was unacceptable because there would be no more orders. In todays market I cant believe this abysmal level of service. Dont go there!

Very bad experience! Ordered 2 large pizzas, Paid 40 dollars to have them made the way I wanted them. Daughter answered the door and received the pizzas and they were 10 minutes late and the pizzas were cold and not completely done. If I wanted raw pizzas, I would of ordered from Papa Murphys. Then when called and talked to the Manger, she asked if I wanted he to make the pizzas over and have them sent back out or she can give you 5 dollars off my order. I told her to do what she thinks is right. She did nothing!!!!! REALLY! DO NOT GO HERE!!!! I will be contacting Pizza Hut corporate about this. Wish I would of read reviews before ordering from here.

This is our second time ordering within the past two weeks. The manager said he just took the store over and to give him time to fix it. I am in the food service business and understand problem locations but this is crazy. I am the area supervisor of four quick service restaurants so I normally give someone the benefit of the doubt. Not only did we receive poor customer service twice, but we talked with the manager and nothing has changed. Also under some "Policy" they only authorize store credit. They will not give your money back. Do yourself a favor and order from papa johns or dominos. Hopefully someone in upper management will see this review.

My last experience was overall mediocre. A part of my order was messed-up: The cinnamon sticks lacked topping, though it was sweet and sprinkled with cinnamon. When perfect, they have an opaque-brown-crunchy topping. The manager didnt know about what I called a crust topping. Though its dough mightve stretched upon dropping its box on my way home, there was an undercooked (gooey) stick when I returned there. However, the staff, especially the manager (Ben?) was very kind towards me after seeing my red-injured hands and my blaming it on OCD-excessive hand-washing.

Ive ordered from this exact store twice. Both times I had to call back to ask where my order was, after waiting an hour, past the expected delivery time. Last night I cancelled my order at 2 hours past the delivery time. (since the initial estimate was 1 hour after I ordered, that was a total of 3 hours for a single pizza). The only time I have had reasonable service from this store is when I have done dine-in. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE. Dine in service is ok, but not really worth the price.

We have had many problem with this location, almost 2 hours for delivery when we were told 45 minutes to an hour, cold food, employees who complain about us asking questions about the menu and pricing, and now after a year of delivering to us, they no longer will because now, all of sudden, we live too far even though they delivered only 2 weeks ago. Its unfortunate since we enjoy their food, but clearly customer satisfaction is not a priority to them.
