Food is very good! However, Some staff have acted rude and unchristian-like to me, when Im always nice to them and use my manners, such as please and thank you. ⬆For example, there was a day I went in and I didnt have enough money on my bank card (I go there all the time, money is not an issue) and the cashier wasnt being helpful, and I kept having to go back and forth to my car to scrounge for change and had change on another card that I used, finally was able to pay for my meal after 15 minutes, to the last penny. I became late for my interview and wasnt able to eat until after. She wasnt helpful and I think she was amused by the ordeal. ⬆Another example is when I go through the drive through, the people who take the orders think they are funny and Ill pull up to give them my order( and drive up to where I need to be) and they will either walk back behind the car or walk ahead of me, and play ring around the rosy, theyll look back at the other staff member and look at me like Im crazy. ⬆Some staff have that "Im holier than though type stature" and in the way they talk to the customers. ⬆The set up for the waiting line inside is poorly organized. Not until this year have I had problems! Been going there for four years steady.

Rob runs a tight ship. This is one of the highest volume fast food establishments I have ever seen. This place is like Basic Combat Training for prospective ChickFilA owner/operators. And Christians love them some ChickFilA. I think youll find at least 1/2 of the students at the Baptist seminary eating here for lunch, and the other half working behind the counter. But thats not a bad thing. It means the food is always fresh and delicious. The staff have good attitudes. Its always a great place to eat. To quote Christian comedian Tim Hawkins (sung to Yesterday by The Beatles): Chick-fil-A. I could eat that seven times a day. Where the people laugh and children play... Oh, Im in love with Chick-fil-A. Suddenly, I need waffle fries in front of me. With some nuggets & a large sweet tea Oh, Chick-fil-A... You set me free.

Came here on a sat afternoon with our toddlers. Had to leave playplace when a bunch of wild older kids arrived and decided to do our shopping then come back to play. Came back 2 hrs later and same kids were still there dogpiling and being too rough. Parents sitting out in dining rm talking oblivious to the fact their kids had brought food and drinks in and had spilled stuff all over floor and benches etc. Not a rant against chicfila just a rant that parents can let their kids be such brats and ruin playplace for other smaller and better behaved kids. Atleast watch your kids and dont let them take their food and drinks in there...

The associates have always been very polite and friendly, and although there is always a long line, they actually get moved through pretty quickly. Once, I accidentally wasnt able to cover a purchase, and they let me come back later with my card to take care of it! They are incredibly polite and trusting, and the new features to the outside of the building are beautiful. The food is always awesome, and before they did the big remodel last year, I was unhappy with the quality of the food. I contacted them, and received a handwritten apology and gift cards to give them another chance. Im glad I did!

I almost never fall for restaurants, especially chains, but this Chick-fil-A is awesome! It has been recently renovated to give it a new, clean, fresh look that is hard not to love. The staff at this Chick-fil-A has always been exemplary and always goes the extra mile for the customers satisfaction. During lunch hours, there will be a big line, but dont let that turn you away because they are very efficient at getting you through the line. 10/10, A Plus, 100%! What ever grading scale you use, I promise you that you will agree with me.

Like any other Chick-fil-A, they do everything they can to make your experience better. They have two drive-thru lanes usually with a person outside taking your order on an iPad. Even someone outside the last window where you pick up your food to hand it to you. Maybe too many people involved in the process, but thats how Chick-fil-A rolls. Great food, fast service, even with a line wrapped around the building. They even offered to make us lunch fresh before "lunch hours" started. It was "our pleasure".

This Chick Fil A is great with customer service. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. They are also rock stars at crowd management (in my opinion). It is almost always crowded and difficult to get in the parking lot because the drive thru line backs up into the road. But the staff does a great job of keeping it moving and handling the crowds. Ive never had a wrong order even with the craziness. Only cons are that food freshness can be hit or miss on occasion, its always freezing inside!

Visited for lunch last week. Place was packed. The drive up crew was awesome. Got me through double lanes that started near the road very fast. Got a chicken tender meal. Drove off and ate a few fries. Then grabbed my tenders. Half of them were half cooked inside, very gross. By this time I was on my way to my next job. Very disappointing. Please pay better attention. I love chicken. I will be back Im sure.

You cant go wrong with Chik-fil-A. The service is always fantastic and the food is always great. One time we ordered some platters for a party and when we got everything home one platter seemed a little light. One phone call and the problem was solved. They apologized for confusion between our order and another customers and gave us another platter on the spot. Great place, great experiences!

Like most Chick-fil-A restaurants this place is usually packed. The drive thru is typically backed out into the road. However its double lanes and they can get people in and out very quickly. Also, the food here is always hot and delicious like youd expect. The staff is always friendly as well. Most Chick-fil-A restaurants have great food and service and this one doesnt disappoint.

Chick-fil-a always has great food and an amazing staff, but this particular location may be a little too successful. The place is usually packed, and the drive through line often wraps all the way around the building and spills out into the road. Still, the staff does a good job of keeping things moving along, and you know youll get a good meal at the end of the line.

Listen, I have no problem with the homophobia, but Im just upset about the fact that they dont offer mayo automatically on the sandwich like at every other fast food joint. Usually Im the one driving, and sometimes I just want some white creamy goodness in between my buns. Is that so hard to ask for? Again, not a knock on the homophobia, just stating an opinion...

Friendly staff but I much prefer the Raleigh and Knightdale locations. This ChickfilA doesnt properly trim their chicken, lots of fat etc. and sometimes they give you pieces of breading (quarter size) to make up the nugget count. I dont like that they partially take my straw wrapper off and put it in my beverage, Ive had soggy straw paper in my sweet tea.
