This was quite possibly the worst overall experience my husband and I have ever had at a restaurant. The food took forever to come out, our appetizers came out after thirty minutes WITH the pizza. The pizza was cold in the middle, and the frozen spinach they threw on top had hardly been thawed out. The appetizers were also cold and undercooked. Then to top it all off there was a hair in the food. When I explained to the shift manager and/or owner why we were leaving and not paying, I was given attitude and had to pay for the drinks. No apologies. He then started yelling at his servers and started talking badly about us to his cooks like we couldnt hear him. Never going back. Would highly recommend Wood Grill instead.

I ordered boneless wings and french fries. I had to call 3 times and it was an hour and half before I got my food. They did not bring ranch for the wings and all of it was ice cold. They will not do a refund; and they can do things like this to people here in Grottoes because they are the only place that delivers. That you still have to pay extra for. Just go to the store it will be cheeper and take less time. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN!

Food is good but poor service twice my order hasnt been completed second time we ordered we received half of our order but no pizza two hours later they finally returned with the rest of our order after having to call and complain and finally after explaining several times they agreed to give me half off on my pizza yeah it was nice but after waiting two hours should have been no charge

We stopped in to Ciros while waiting to get a tour at Grand Caverns. We told the waiter we were in a hurry and he got in our order promptly and we were served in time to get the tour. The sandwiches were good and the service friendly. Its a good place to stop with visiting the cave.

Horrible! 4-12-2015. Servers didnt know the menu. The chicken pizza roll was rubbery, and had no spice to it....very bland. Hard to believe that a pizza place doesnt use garlic. The manager yelled at his servers constantly. Salad was very sparse and wasnt Avoid this place.

If you like rubber-like cheese and bland toppings, and high prices, thats the only way I works recommend this place. Drive the extra 10 minutes and go to Village Pizza.
