Recently we called in a pick up order for a larger order and went to pick it up around noon. It was very busy at that time which is understandable being lunch rush. While standing in line I watched one of the employees be extremely rude to her co-workers. She was very mouthy and you could tell she was making the already stressful, busy lunch rush worse for her co-workers. She was then rude to me when I mis-spoke about what we had ordered and she was rude to the cashier helping me. After all of that some of the sandwiches were wrong once I got back to work. I have been there at night and usually have good customer service but I felt bad for the employees working that day because of her attitude with them all.

Stopped by this Firehouse while on the way from Culpeper to Charlottesville for a meeting. Was fairly busy, and it did seem a tad slower than our local Firehouse, but the menu was the same and the preparation was the same, so it was all good. Would eat here again.

Its the worst. . Dont. GO there. I took my hero back to my hotel an threw it out. They put something nasty on the sub.. I have no idea what they put on it but it was water soke, an it smell bad.. for 10 bucks the only thing I could eat was the bag of chips.

Wish this place werent so expensive. Large sandwich was 9 and the chips/drink another 3. Sandwich is tasty and well prepared, but sloppy. Service was sadly slow, (guess Im spoiled by Subway.) Best aspect are the choice of sauces.

Really love the sandwiches ! The staff is friendly. I appreciate the effort and time taken to making a quality sandwich and evenly spreading the ingredients across the sandwich. The ingredients are fresh and good quality.

This is by far the best Firehouse Subs location, owner, and staff. Every time I come here, I am blown away by how friendly everyone is. Every firehouse manager should visit this location to see how it should be done.

Worst Firehouse Subs Ive been to. Took forever to get food and they werent even busy. Subs were skimpy and the steak and cheese sub was disgusting. Even the roll was rubbery and gross.
