Horrible service, staff, food, and policies. Overcooked food, additional charges for everything! Stay away...
I don't usually leave reviews, Nevermind bad ones but this is my 2nd time here and definitely my last. 1st visit sucked and this one was worse. Where to start...
We came with a group of 8 for someone's birthday...
Waitress was a complete ditz. Every question we asked she had to run to the manager or kitchen to ask.
They wouldn't substitute mashed potatoes with my $21 steak for broccoli without a $3 extra charge.
The salads were served on steaming HOT plates.
My medium rare steak came out completely rare the 1st time. No steak knife either. Waitress asked if she could get me anything while I waited so I asked for some broccoli and she told me she'd have to charge me still!
When I finally got it back, the 16oz of meat it was supposed to be turned out to be about 8oz of fat.
The gluten free pasta one of us ordered (another $5 additional charge) was overcooked an so was someone else's manicotti.
They gave the birthday boy some cheesecake but didn't sing or anything. Cheesecake was good at least!
Overall a pretty crappy experience though and we won't be back.

My Hubby and I went to this restaurant this past Sunday evening. Its in a good location and the interior is clean and well cared for. When we got there it was about 6:30pm and but for two other couples, the entire restaurant was empty. That should have been a sign. Our waitress came quickly we ordered mussels in white sauce as an appetizer, cannelloni, and the tour of Italy. The entrees came with side salad. All of the food basically came out at the same time, which I did not like. We got our salads first, then the appetizer, and main course together. The Mussels were the worst I have ever had. The sauce had too much garlic and lemon and the seafood had the taste like it was just getting to point of turning. The cannelloni was supposed to have meat, ricotta, and mozzarella cheese inside, and a cream sauce. It was bland, and there was definitely nothing more that ground beef inside the rolled pasta. The tour of Italy was terrible, the chicken parm was over cooked and everything was covered with a layer of Ragu? sauce and burnt cheese. There was nothing authentic or tasty about this meal. Maybe we should have ordered the pizza that everyone raves about. Very big disappointment.

I have passed this place a couple of times and always wanted to try it. I dont like to eat alone though and most times Ive thought about it I was alone. Had a friend with me Friday night after some Wine and Design and we decided to go try it out. The atmosphere was perfect. music playing softly, lighting was perfect, not too bright, not too dark. The waitress was so helpful and friendly and the food was absolutely DELICIOUS! When I walked in I saw a pizza on someones table and figured I would get that but after looking at their menu and going back and forth between things I asked how their garlic bread was. I hate going somewhere and getting pasta and their image of garlic bread which is usually some sort of bread stick with garlic powder and butter brushed on it. This garlic bread was Bread toasted with melted butter and real garlic! I tasted the garlic my first bite and it was EXACTLY what I want when I want garlic bread with my pasta! My friend and I are already planning our next trip there. Oh we also got fried nacho cheese - yummy. My friend got cheese tortellini with shrimp in a garlic olive oil sauce - soooo good and then we ended the night with a lemon cake. This place was perfect.

Weve eaten here twice. First time was good. This time not do much. New, young foreign waiter took forever to get our order right. Three people had to come back and get "translation". Had to explain virtually everything to him, eg Caesar salad is already dressed. He was nice, but should have stuck to a pizza menu instead of a nice dinner menu. Ordered the steak Marsala and half of the ribeye was gristle. Wine and salads took too long- salads came five minutes before entrees so no time to enjoy. Two other diners in the party said their traditional entrees tasted like parsley because it was all over everything (mine too). Normally I wouldnt take the time to do a review but what burned me was that the owner come by "hows everything?" Without breaking his stride...he really wasnt interested in learning more about my polite "ok". He made a beeline for the kitchen. Must have just been an off night all round because someone else we know was there as well for their first visit and they werent impressed either.

I came to this restaurant wanting to have a good time with my girlfriend. The first time My girlfriend and I stood while the people that were directly behind us were service before we were able to be find a place to sit down. The waiter that was shadowing a new employee how to waiter service the people behind me. The by the time we were service to a table two other customer were serve before us. At the time of waiting for our order of food the many waiter ignored us like we were not in the room.My girlfriend and I were waiting for 10 to 15 minute to see a waiter come to our table. The second thing that was consider bad service was the the waiter gave us butter the was open and old bread before have the food that was about to be order. I can honest say the the service was very poor. The need not to happen any one.

My sister came into town so my wife and I decided to take her out for dinner. We started with the garlic bread and calimari for appetizers which were fine. My wife and I ordered the Tour of Italy and my sister ordered the Salmon Linome. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE. The lasanga was burnt and had no meat, the manicotti was cold and the chicken parm was non existent...fried chicken skin with no chicken. Everything was drowning in cheap, bland tomato sauce and cheese. The salmon limone was bad too. The salmon was tuff and tasted like a reheat.More time was spent on the stick spaghetti garnish than on the meal. This place will be closed in a month. THIS IS NOT REAL ITALIAN. They could use a visit from Gordon Ramsey! We saw a couple on the way in when we were leaving and told them to save their money. STAY AWAY!!!!

I called and ordered take out; 2 dishes. It was my first time visiting the restaurant. I thought I would get one staple type of dish for my husband and another that was one of their specialty dishes. The service at the front desk was very pleasant; food was ready when I arrived and I was out the door in good time. When I got home with the order and served the dishes I was disappointed in the overall flavor of the dishes. The lasagna tasted like the sauce came from a can....no joke. The second dish had absolutely no real flavor. I come from 29 years of restaurant experience and I can tell you that I will not be back to this store. I should have listened to the previous review.......bad food that tastes like it comes from a can......very true.
