We stopped through at the Lake City Chick-fil-a while traveling. We love chick-fil-a, so decided to eat. It was horrible. Servers were very nice but it seemed to be just a bad day. Other families were complaining as well while seated at tables. Our food came out completely wrong, we showed our receipt and kindly let them know it wasnt right....when they brought out our correct order, the cheese was ice cold, and the chicken was just bad. We have never had a bad experience there, and choose chick-fil-a over every other fast food because we count on the amazing service and food. Today ,they just were not having a gooid day.

Employees here are very unorganized. Got up to place our order and our order taker just walked away. Got our order wrong. Went back to get the fries we were shorted and were given a container almost empty. Asked for a replacement and the girl running the prep acted like we ruined her day. No one apologized for anything. Got into the dining area and couldnt find a clean table. Wound up cleaning our own table and the one next to us was never cleaned the whole time we were there.

Rude staff Bad service Dont waste your time. I eat at Chick-Fil-A at least 3 times a week if not more which makes this whole experience that much worse. I ordered a salad base no cheese extra tomato. I was told by two different staff members (in a very condescending tone) that since they couldnt charge me for it I couldnt have it. I couldnt believe they made such a fuss over a few tomatoes. I always get my salad this way. Worst service Ive ever experienced at a Chick-Fil-A.

If youve ever been to a Chick-fil-A and like their food, then youll probably be a fan of this location. At just under two years old, the management keeps the facility squeaky-clean and the staff are very friendly. Fresh flowers on the tabletops and if you want to explore, theres a nice garden at the back of the restaurant that provides the drive-through customers with a nice break from concrete. Thumbs up for: service, friendliness, taste.

Its Chick-fil-A, so you know what to expect. On the road and needed a fast food fix. This store was clean, food came out fast served with great smiles from order to delivery. NO complaints! Actually, compliment to Jason. We wanted a cookie, but line was really long, so he brought it to our table. Really appreciated the extra service. Okay, I really didnt need the cookie. :)

Like every Chick out there, always full of people. The food here is great and no matter how busy it is, they get it out pretty quickly. I always enjoy eating inside, pretty girls bringing you things and spouting "My pleasure" every time you thank them. For all the traffic in the place, it was really clean and the bathroom was spotless(mens).

2 days before Thanksgiving right at noon we pulled up and the line was out the door I almost didnt stop but the kidos wanted to play the speed the line went down was incredible the staff was super friendly and the food came out in the usual speed. As frenzied as it should of been it was super smooth every one was pleased all around the store!

The manager wouldnt fulfill a simple request and then they left out apple juice for both of our kids meals, 30 miles down the road now... Ive been to many chickfilas across the southeast and Ive never had a manger disregard a customer like the one here. Its going to be a while until I go back to any chickfila after this experience.

Pull up through drive thru and have to wait 5 minutes for someone to take my order when the two lanes are empty, not to mention someone came in the lane next to me after i was already there first and got their order taken before me. Then I order 20 nuggets and ask for sauce for each order yet when I get home theres only one sauce.

The customer service is great, like most Chick-fil-A locations. The restaurant gets extremely busy, as it is very convenient to the I-75 exit in Lake City. It has a very large parking lot when compared with many fast food restaurants. Ive never had anything to complain about at this location.

I regularly order from the drive thru 2-3 times a week. Love their chicken minis!! I always order mine with 2 packets of honey and a tea. The staff always take my order with proficiency and an extremely friendly and courteous manner. One of the best food chains ever for customer service!

Chic-fil-a is and has always been one of my favorite places to eat. Their chicken nuggets grilled or crispy are amazing, fresh and juicy. They dont need any sauce to just enjoy them. The service is exceptional and the play place for the kids is always clean and well kept.

For as busy as it was, the service was quick and professional. We expected a significant wait based on the crowd, but it was relatively minimal. The longest wait was for the restroom, which were well maintained and clean in spite of the traffic.

I love the chick fil a chain and this one is no different. The food is good, and the employees are awesome. They also have a kids club that does special events of your children participate they get a free ice cream.

Clean, well staffed, and fairly quick with the food despite being really busy. This Chick-fil-A is near where I10 and I75 intersect so it can be very busy on Holiday weekends, even at odd times.

Came here with kids. Wont go to the McDs with a play area across the street because of it always being filthy . This place is awesome. The staff was friendly and the whole restaurant was clean.
