Love the burger. Service this time was the worst and we lost our reward points when they changed to new app. Worst part .... wife was disappointed after a very good work day. I would like it better if we ordered at counter & serviced ourselves. Weve decided Shallote & N. Myrtle locations are off our list. We will give the Myrtle Beach locations a try. There are many many other Great burger places on the way. Burkys, Chucks, Hamburger Joes, Burger Fi, Damon, and the absolute best T-bones.

Staff is always friendly and welcoming guests as if they have known them for years. Great burgers and milkshakes, especially the strawberry milkshake! Delicious food and will leave you feeling full and satisfied. The waitresses are always willing to help a guest out if there is something wrong or if they just need a refill. Also, a great atmosphere to be in. Wonderful people overall!

The vibe here takes you back to the 60s... Yummy, reasonably priced food plus a friendly staff is their game. They have the best milkshakes in town... Definitely bringing all the kids back. Maybe even thinking about trying the"five five challenge"... I dont know tho, its a giant burger a basket of fries and a soda under 30 minutes.

Enjoyable place to stop, seeing all the teens working the line and serving reminded me of my first job working fryers... the burgers are cooked right and priced right for what you get. Heh, if you want a coffee with cream and sugar make sure you dont tell them light and sweet! Some may look at you like a deer in headlights

From the moment we walked in we knew we were in for a treat. Our waitress held the door for us as we walked in and her service was great. The food was mouth watering, I had a Philly cheese steak, yummy. Their custard ice cream was delicious. Would highly recommend when your in the mood for something other than seafood.

Very friendly but the service is very slow. We waited over 40min for a grilled cheese and chicken tender kids meals.. then finally, the food sucked!!
