I decided to treat myself to a sit in lunch and the place looked nice. The service was friendly and fast, the food was okay, and the cost was absurd. I like the setup and the fries were good, but I dont like paying $12 for a bland veggie burger, fries, and a small drink. It was nice to try some place new, but I probably wont go back; not worth the money in my opinion. 1yr later: I am reducing my review to two stars from three. Was at the hospital and sick of cafeteria food. Took my dad for lunch and gave it a second go. We spent $26 between us, same amount for a nice restaurant with full service. The veggie burger wasnt better than last time. All I tasted was bread and lettuce. Theres more bread than filling. My dad ordered the burger, no cheese. He got a bun, one crumbling patty, and cheese. Thats it. For $6. He liked the meat, but said he wouldnt be back for that price if they cant even get the order right or give him toppings. Both teas were completely empty (non/sweet), we told the employee and no one went to brew more the 20+ mins we were there.

Finally had a chance to stop in and eat at this spot. I was excited because I really longed for a place that served fast food that was raised well and better for me. I ordered the build your own with lettuce, tomato and bacon. The burger was a bit bland. A little salt would go a long long way. Maybe I just happened to get one that wasnt salted but yeah it was bland. I also got an order of fries. They were great, loved them. Because I usually eat a tiny bit I was able to share with my husband and it was fine for a small lunch. I completely understand the other reviews related to price. If I had to fee three or four people I probably would pass on this place due to the price. I dont get to Raleigh often but might stop back in this spot again. As for flavor though, I highly recommend adding something to your burger mix. A little onion powder, garlic powder and some salt and it would be so much better.

I called in a order was told it would be ready in 10 minutes when I get there to pick up my order was told that they didnt have my order ready because it was shift change and my order got lost so now I had to reorder and wait for it so kind of defeated my purpose of saving time and being able to walk in and pick order up during shift change have only the people that are able to take order or prep answer the phone so that the orders dont just get tossed out because they are leaving for the day on another note was given great customer service by the guy at the counter he was very apologetic and took on full responsibility for the person who took the order he rectified the issue so I will be going back but just suggest if its time for you to go home dont take orders clean up and go home

I made my first visit to BurgerFi today. I waited in line for 10 minutes which is expected at lunchtime in that part of Raleigh. I ordered my food at 12:11 and asked for it to go because all the tables looked full. So, I stood for 30 minutes while I waited patiently for my buzzer to sound. Finally, I had to go to the counter to ask for an update. A few minutes later I got my food. It was tasty but I certainly cannot justify 40 minutes to get my food at a burger joint. When a restaurant makes a mistake like that and takes an entire lunch hour from a customer, they should step up and make it right. No one made such an effort. There are too many burger joints to get treated like that.

Our first time here with another couple and all I can say is "Yummy"! The only difficulty is trying to design your own burger with so many topping options can be overwhelming. Youll want a double to start with. Their patties arent too huge, which is a good thing. They are a normal sized patty but still much bigger than a fast food restaurant. A double works out nicely and I put an egg on mine with some other normal burger toppings. It was great and the fries were terrific with many options for sauces. You order at the counter here and then wait for your buzzer to go off to go pick it up. These are not your normal burgers ;-)

Ordered a double cheeseburger, large fries and a drink for $14.99 after tax. Both drink machines were down and only one of them had ice. After 20 minutes I went to the counter and asked where my food was. The guy looked back and they had it under a heat lamp waiting on fries. The fries were soggy and to top it off there was no ketchup! Ill never step foot in this place again!!! I demanded they refund me for the drink and fries and they did. If I could give them 0 stars I would. I should have gone to Char-Grill like I had originally planned!

When we walked in, the cashier was rubbing her temples and brow, looking like she wished she could be anywhere but there. And she screwed up our orders. She left an item off my build-your-own burger and put kids cheeseburgers instead of the grilled cheese we ordered. BE SURE TO TAKE YOUR RECEIPT. Most likely, they messed something up. There is no AC and the tables are sticky. This isnt BFs fault, but there was a large table of college kids talking as loud as the senior center bowling team. Were here for a week and we are not coming back.

BurgerFi is hitching itself to the current "Burger Bar" trend that has been growing over the past couple of years. Its clean (except for the patio), and usually fairly busy. Expect a 45 minute wait for your food on a Saturday evening. Usually Id say its a 15 minute wait. The Breakfast All Day Burger is a delicious combination of a burger, egg, bashbrown patty, bacon, maple syrup and some sauteed onions. Its an outstanding combination of tastes for your buds. The fresh cut fries are also some of the best in the area.

Absolutely yummy!!! My 11 year old loves burgers, so for a month we visited a different "burger joint" in Raleigh every week. Burger Fi was by far our top choice. Their burgers are so delicious down to the cheese and bread. If you are looking for a $1-2 burger then you should go to a fast food restaurant, but if you are looking for a good quality burger in a nice family type atmosphere, well this is your place!

Way overpriced for burgers and fries, plus you have to serve yourself. I paid $14 for a burger, fries, and drink. That is ridiculous, regardless of it supposedly being hormone-free/"healthier." The tables are wobbly and uncleaned, and the chairs are cheap and uncomfortable. Parking is a headache. The food actually was decent, but it doesnt outweigh all the other ridiculously terrible factors about eating here.
