Me and my girlfriend and her family went there because we were at the mall across the street for shopping and everyone said that burger king was cool. My girlfriend has a strong European accent and the manager kept saying what? What? What? So I stepped in and quickly gave her everyones order. We chose our table only to find that there were no tops for the cups no lemonade and dirty floor. Ok thats fine but then they messed up the order twice taking about 15 minutes to correct. So finally we have our food and the fries are cold and the sandwiches are sloppily thrown together as well as her sons order was still wrong These people are very unprofessional and rude and I like burger king but that is the worst one I ve ever ever ever been to in my life . We just ate some of it and went to Arbys. This establishment is a total embarrassment for the burger king franchise.

Worst customer service that I have ever experienced in a fast food place ever in my life. I went in the place and it took about 4 minutes to have have someone take my order, then after my order was taken, the staff was doing a combination of arguing and playing around. One of the staff members was yelling out that we dont do the rodeo burgers anymore after my order was already taken and paid for. Then the next customer whose order was taken, was finished and out before I did. When the associate gave my food, there were no fries in the bag and I had to say something about that and made it seem like it was a problem. This is the worst burger king that I have been to and I swear to you that I will never go there again ever.

Absolutely HORRIBLE. I ordered inside on 3-21-11. The staff was very loud and raucous. The woman taking the drive thru order was huffing and puffing at each item that was being ordered. She then would make fun of the customer with the rest of the employees. I saw my food being handled by a guy in the back with no gloves and his hands were EVERYWHERE. When I asked that someone with gloves make my order, they then proceeded to make the burger where I couldnt see it. All in all, this was THE WORST burger King that I have been to! I love their burger and fries, but Ill gladly give that up for people who werent pulled from the ghetto. Wendys, here I come.

This BK Sucks!!! The Manager taking my order was rushy and pushy; also after waiting 15 minutes to get my order I found the fries to be cold and stale and my Whopper lacked the cheese I ordered! When I called back to complain to the manager, all I got was hood-rat mouthiness. This BK is obviously owned by someone in it for the money, forget service! They should fire all the blacks and hire all spanish. Last time Ill stop through that ghetto spot !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! regretfully, BK supporter.

I went to initially have lunch today but immediately changed my mind when I entered the restroom with urine all over the floor around the urinal then I walk into the stall and see fecal matter almost entirely covering the toilet seat with used toilet paper over in the corner..I CAN ONLY IMAGINE WHAT THE KITCHEN LOOKS LIKE..if I could give 0 stars I would..I will never step foot in this place ever again....DISGUSTING!!

This is the WORSE Burger King Ive ever been too. The red flag should have been the fact that they couldnt get my order right when they repeated it to me. The fries were warm but stale, and my sandwich was cold and it had a funny smell. I was so disappointed. I will NEVER stop at this Burger King again, EVER! I wish I was able to post this review without giving it a star because thats how crappy it is.

Awful service, poorly cooked food, dont even honor all of the prices on their menu. Even for a Burger King this place has abnormally poor ingredient quality. They just rebuilt the entire building but its somehow worse than before. How can they stay in business, much less afford a full remodel?? Avoid at all costs. (I almost never give one or two star ratings but this place has been crap for YEARS.)

Are you kidding me. Two cars in the drive thru and asked to pull up. This is the downfall of BK. They always, always, always cheap out on labor cost hoping to save money only pissing off customers going to work and wanting a fast breakfast. Waited 10 minutes for fast food. You guys will be out of business soon. Pay for more labor and employees you cheap business owners.

The Food is ALWAYS cold especially breakfast. I and another drive through customer were ask to pull up to wait for 2 breakfast sandwiches, Im wondering why when the drive thru is only open and you only have 2 customers. Then when they send the food out its cold. Smh So on that note, Im NEVER EVER going back there. They should have left this one closed what a waste of money.

they ask you to move only in order to make their stats look better. it triggers your exit from the window location as meaning your service was completed. i refuse to be there to help them, im PAYING them. besides, it TAKES LONGER to get served when they have to walk outside instead of just up to the window. cretins

Stay away! They always make you pull up, and then take forever to get you your food. Combos are absurdly overpriced, the fries were cold, and the service was absolutely terrible. The structure of the parking lot also makes pulling up very inconvenient as well. The icing on the cake, its shady as well.

Horrible.... I thought when they closed the old one and rebuilt nand reopened it would be different....hell no....slow as hell... ratchet as hell n expect to get your food cold...drive thru forget you will b waiting more than half an hour... It suckss!!!!

CLOSED! All signs have been removed. Will it be renovated or stay closed permanently? It was a miserable dining experience for Burger King, but a hamburger fast food restaurant is definitely needed at this location at Guess Rd. and W. Club Blvd.

Closed the store on us while still waiting in the drive thru before 10 pm while theyre supposed to close at midnight. Guest relations handled it so poorly. Cant tell if something wasnt right with Guest relations or they were messing with me..

Asked me to come inside when I was at the drive thru. As I was waiting to place my order, I saw other people ordering and going through the drive thru. They take forever to make anything and are extremely rude while they do it.

Nasty place, and nasty staff, my order took for ever, then it was wrong, they put a hair on my food on purpose I think ( I have a video of it). from cleaning to manager, theyre bad staff.... poor man who owns this store.....

I only stop here as a last resort or if im in a rush. Literally EVERY TIME I come to this location, they forget something or mess up my order in SOME way. I can pretty much bet on it, smh
