Im not sure if I was there on an off day or if this is the accepted standard for this individual location. We were seated pretty quickly. Then within just a few moments our waiter arrived with menus and took our beverage orders. Our sodas, waters and coffee arrived pretty quickly. About 15 minutes later we were greated by the on duty manager. Another 10 minutes passes and our waiter returns to ask how we were doing but also to say that he was too busy to take our orders as of yet. Fast forward another 10 minutes and he is finally able to get our orders. The manager passes our table and since my coffee was mostly gone and ice cold, I asked for a refill. Our waiter arrived with my cup of coffee within 2 minutes and asked me to not involve the manager or anyone else for our needs. Food... It finally arrived and was very good. We were checked on while we ate. Im not used to paying at the table with the kiosk but I really had no choice since our waiter was obviously way too busy to return to our table. Im not certain if this is normal practice or lack of staff or simply an on duty manager that could not properly staff her shift...? With all of this I still was going to leave the kid a $20 but our unfinished burgers had to be wrapped in napkins to take them with us. Needless to say, well not be returning.

So disappointed in this visit. I have been to Red Robins in the past - granted not in the last couple years - and enjoyed it. This time the staff was more concerned with what time they were taking breaks and who got which table and why the hostess wasnt seating more in their area than actually waiting on the paying customer sitting in front of them. The waitress finally asked if I wanted a refill on my tea when she saw me pull out my purse and get my credit card. Equally disappointing was the burger. I asked for pink. I got well done. I asked for the guacamole burger and actually forgot Id ordered the guacamole burger when I began eating it because there was so little on it. I took off the bun to search for it and it appeared that they allowed the spoonful of guac to hover above, but never touch, the burger. I honestly couldnt have scraped off a 1/4 of a teaspoon of the stuff. In addition, I paid an additional $1.49 for onion rings and got 5, count them - 5, onion rings. Sad, just sad. Probably wont be back.

So went here after not being able to eat at Red Robin for a few years because of being moved around to places in the military. Was not at all as I remembered and had the worst service I believe in a long time at a restaurant. Our water was empty for a while and we had no idea where our waiter went, never came to ask how our food was, the food took forever to get, then we asked about a military discount to which the waiter said he would check with his manager to see, then can back almost 20 minutes later and forgot to even check with his manager, our "bottomless beverage and fries" stayed with a bottom until the manager came and asked if we wanted a refill but initially seemed upset that we asked for a refill. I have a family member that works as a manager at one of these in another location so honestly Ill just wait to eat there instead of at this kind of establishment that over works their servers to the point they forget about their small tables.

We come here from time to time and pretty much always regret it. Service isnt great and the food is hit or miss. My family and I went for lunch today and the waiter we were sat with was a joke. His fake bubbly personality made it incredibly uncomfortable for my Fiancé and I. We had to remind him of things we ordered when they werent brought to the table. He didnt check on us a single time after someone else delivered our food. My fiancés cup was empty and didnt get a refill the entire time. We werent offered refills on our fries or my daughters oranges (bottomless refills) When I went to pay at the table kiosk the check was wrong - but of course we werent aware of it prior to putting in our rewards number - so someone got my rewards discount because when the check was finally corrected it wouldnt accept my rewards number again. Needless to say I am not impressed at all.

The food was delicious, and the servers were all very nice, but I was disappointed in the service that we received. They were very, very slow, and they messed things up on multiple occasions. First the server didnt know what items came with certain other menu items (which is fine, maybe he was new) but then things just kept being mixed up. They forgot to bring someone their drink for almost 10 minutes, forgot what appetizer we ordered, forgot that we requested extra fries, and then rarely checked up on us throughout the rest of the meal. At the end of the meal they were expecting us to pay with the dumb touch screen tablet on the table but it was broken, so we set there waiting for them to come back for 10 minutes once again. Wont be back until they can improve their service skills.

Service was good and food was acceptable until it came time to pay. My check was messed up multiple times because the system doesnt allow them to choose the reward that you are using. My choice was to pay for something that was supposed to be free based on their current promotion or lose out on one of my entrees counting toward my rewards. The manager came over and supposedly fixed it but my bill was still split into 2 receipts. I put the entire tip amount on one of the receipts and put a zero tip on the other. When it cleared my credit card, the waitress had taken it upon herself to add a tip to the second receipt. This is credit card fraud and now I have to take time to deal with it so I can get my money back. The waitress needs to be fired!

On Saturday, June 24, usually our service is outstanding! On Saturday, the waitress rushed out order, slid our drinks to us. I in turn gave her an unpleasant look, she came by again we asked for condiments, she said "yeah sure" slid those on the table, we asked for straws to drink with, she threw those on the table and didnt give napkins until we asked. She proceeded to the next table where there were a group of people that resembled her more closely, she smiled laughed and continually fell all over herself, when she served us, I thought that she had eaten lemons. Ive been in hospitality 21 years, what servers have to realize is 1. You are there to provide a service, do it with dignity and integrity(you are not a servant) 2. Be polite!

So Ive been to red Robin many times living in Washington state where it came from. Its not that this isnt a good red Robin, this is a fine example of the chain, the issue is actually with the chain as burger options expand for consumers. There are amazing burger options available all over the place and that kind of cuts into red Robins appeal. Ive always had good experiences with servers, its a wonderful place for kids, and they have good drink options...but...their burgers just arent the best around anymore so that makes it tough when its your calling card.
