I have visited Burger 21 three times and I have to say that each time the food is delicious ... and the staff do a great job in trying to make every guest feel special and enjoying their visit ... I recently stopped eating beef and pork so up until todays visit I had only had the burgers which I cant remember which ones I had, but knowing me when it comes to these "fancy" burger shops, I always manage to add cheese, bacon, and a fried egg ... and i remember them being very tasty ... but today I had to opt for a burger of the month chicken burger that included avocado, a special sauce with a little sweetness to it, and watermelon ... which I found very cool as I like to cook (as you may have seen in other reviews Ive posted, if youve dared to read them LOL), and I have been experimenting with watermelon in dishes and it works really well ... today was no different ... as although I have come to dread ordering chicken sandwiches, when "fast food" is an only option (the chicken is always so bland) ... this sandwich was AMAZING ... too bad it will be gone tomorrow ... but hopefully they will reprise it another day ... The only reason Burger 21 does not get 5 stars is the fact it is so darn expensive ... although my experiences have been yummy ... i cant help but to think its a little overpriced ... and I dont mind paying for good food ... but a $7.00 burger should at least come with fries ... because at the end of the day ... an $11-$13 "burger" meal is pricey ...

One sign of a good burger place is that they know how to make a medium well done burger. 21 Burger achieve that mark. I order a Cheesy Burger and half/half fries to go. First want to note that the togo order was perfectly hot. By the time I got home it was at hot as if I was eating at the restaurant. As mentioned, the cook understand what medium well done burger means. The burger was not raw or cooked well done. It was a perfect med-well done with just a hint of pink in the middle. With the toasted bun, the burger was perfection. The half/half fries are regular fries mix with sweet potato fries. They give you a lot! Honestly this could be shared between two. The regular fries were ok. a little stiff than what I wanted and just a hint of salt. Some may like that, but not for me. The sweet potatoes on the other hand was awesome. Tinder and with a sweet taste to them. The staff there were very friendly and brought my order out fairly fast. Think next time I will to take my time to eat there instead of ordering out. So an overall good experience at 21 Burger

Burger 21 is great for a lunch burger, but the quantity of food for dinner is a little lackluster. I have tried the "Bacon Cheesy" and the "Black & Bleu" burger and found both to be delicious. Their fry portions are adequate, but not a generous portion like you might find at Five Guys. Burger 21 always has fresh, juicy burgers that are cooked to order. Their ingredients are tasty and fresh, but none of them overpower the other. The prices are pretty fair for the quality of the food, and its a great place to grab a good burger for lunch. The staff are nice and accommodating, which gives Burger 21 a friendly atmosphere. The reason I didnt give Burger 21 five stars was because for dinner, I felt their portions were a little small. I know they give the same portion for lunch and dinner, but I generally eat much lighter lunches than dinners, so going for dinner still left me eating a snack once I got home. For most people, it is probably enough food, but if you have a large appetite or generally eat large portions, you may consider looking elsewhere.

Food was good, service was friendly, but I have a tip for management. When your employee forgets to input part of an order, dont come over to the table, where your customers are in the middle of the meal, explain the problem and apologize, and then invite the customer, who has a mouth full of food, to come up to the register and pay for food that THE EMPLOYEE FORGOT to put in - just give it to the customer and apologize for it being late! Thats restaurant work 101. My Cobb salad was as good as any Ive had, for half the price, shrimp sandwich was good (and spicy), burger was nothing terrible but nothing special, and chicken fingers very tasty but oil must have needed to be changed in the fryer because it had that bitter taste you get when the oil is old.

Im pretty disappointed in this place. I give them one star for their friendly service, even though our to go order was wrong. If I could give them a zero for their food I would. I ordered a well done burger for my father, and it came out medium rare. They also forgot to add the additional toppings we asked for (onions, pickles, cheese, etc.). The burgers themselves were hardly edible and I probably could have gotten something better and cheaper at the nearest fast food restaurant. Lastly, I agree with the other reviews in saying that their fries are absolutely disgusting. To compare them to McDonalds fries is quite generous, they tasted like cardboard and again not edible. We unfortunately will not be coming back.

I have been here a few times and the food is always great! My favorite burger is the Mediterranean Chicken and the bacon cheesy three pack sliders are also delicious if your more of the plain Jane type. The turkey chili is a great appetizer and has so much flavor. I LOVE the shoe string fries! They always come out perfect and they are never soggy like some places who have larger cuts. The Thai ketchup is my favorite sauce and if I could pick up the whole container and bring it home I would. Just thinking about the creme brulee milkshake makes me want to drive over there right now and get one. It is pretty safe to say Burger 21 gets five stars from me!

First time here and after I got home and bit into my burger I had to spit it out because it was completely RAW on the ENTIRE inside of the burger! Extremely upset that I had to waste gas and go back! I went all the way back and they remade the burger but offered no refund or made any gesture to ensure I would return as a customer. My entire meal and experience was ruined. My fries got cold and they should have at the very least offered a free burger on return. Oh, and while I was waiting to get my burger remade SEVERAL people were coming back for the exact same thing. I would never eat here again and everyone we know will be advised to STAY AWAY!

Ok.. Im wondering if people that gave this place a good review are paid to do so. If you like the fries that you had in junior high school then this is the place for you! If you like mega trendy places, then again, this is your place! The burger was below average at best. The meat was soggy like it had been frozen for about a year and thawed out in a microwave. Also, it was paper thin. The prices were not to bad, but that is about the only positive thing I have to say about it. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. My advise is just dont bother.
