This place takes a title that has been held since 2009. Worst Buffet EVER. Visited at 8pm and they close at 10:30pm. Food was stale and you could tell where some items were dried out such as butter beans and corn. They had the the standard assortment of Chinese Buffet food items but all were luke warm and most looked unappetizing. Pork fried rice was as tasteless as regular rice, crab rangoons were missing filling and stale, spring rolls and egg rolls were damp in the center and hard on the ends, suger biscuits were stale as well. The various seafood items were clearly dried out. They also advertise sushi and hibachi which were unmanned. They had three pieces of sushi out which were looked dried out, I got one and it was warm. Their hibachi food also looked dried out. I understand that there were fewer people in the restaurant and it isnt feasible to charge $8.99 for a buffet and constantly throw out huge portion of food to the buffet which will go to waste but this certainly not the way to do things. If you want a Chinese Buffet spend the extra 20 minutes to go down Capital Blvd and go to Hibachi Grill Supreme Buffet. Not that any chinese buffet if fine dining but at least there you will get fresher food and sushi.

My friends, hush now as I let you in on a little secret, a secret that I call Jumbo China around 11 am. In this unbelievably modest restaurant lies immeasurable flavor, the type that is levels above any other chinese buffet. The dumplings, when fresh, are a side kick to your face with golfing shoes on. Their sesame chicken would turn big bird into a cannibal. The pepper steak there is a wonderful eclectic mix of fortune and promise, the type of glory you feel when you watch 300 or gladiator. When you go there, and everything is fresh, you better set up shop, as your taste buds will give you the puppy eyes and ask for more. If you refuse your taste buds, be prepared for taste bud mutiny, and there will be blood. If Jumbo china was Godzilla, all the rest of the buffets would be tokyo. In all seriousness, at their lunch price, I could be a regular. I try to make it there once every two weeks as a pact to my stomach. It is a friendly place with great atmosphere, and wonderful food that is better than the very expensive buffets with all the neon signs. I LOVE THIS PLACE. GODSPEED JUMBO CHINA BUFFET IN GARDNER

I dont think that Ive ever left a review lol but man this place is dirty! The food is ok depending on what you may be expecting before going into this place. Its honestly ridiculous to expect great quality food out of an $8 buffet in this day and age. During my experience, I had no qualms with the food quality. I wasnt expecting good quality. I will say that the desserts were really bad...but....$8 buffet. Anyway, the two star review is exclusively referencing the extremely unsanitary restaurant. If a health code monitor came into that restaurant for just a peek, then it would be shut down in matter of seconds. They didnt even sweep the floors from the night before. I almost felt bad for them. There is no way this business will last for long.

Do. Not. Eat. Here. The first time I ate there it was bad. Old/cold/tasteless food, probably the worst Chinese buffet ever. A group of friends wanted chinese one night and even though the first experience was bad, I figured maybe they just had a "bad day" of cooking. Well I was quite wrong. Not only was the food sub par, but 2 days later(today) for the past 4 hours I have been puking and sitting on the toilet. Food poisoning. How do I know it was jumbo china? Well my roommate is puking too, and he went with me there and thats the only food we have eaten together since then. Stay away

You know its sad when you walking into a China buffet and there is Mexican food. Im not hating on the fact, but Damnit I came for asian. Not only that.... But there isnt really a buffet here. The sushi is the same "crab, celery, carrot" just different shapes. The plates had pieces of food on them. The food I did eat, was boney and hard. Mushrooms tasted like they have been sitting out all day. This is not a Chinese restaurant for the Asian lover. This isnt really nothing at all. ... Just save yourself the time and go somewhere else

Anyone that say this food is good, apparently does not know what American Chinese food suppose to taste like. Worst meal I have ever tasted. Old, cold, not seasoned. Every thing I tried was not finished. Had to spit out the chick on a stick,it was like chewing leather. Those around us where eating it like it was ok. We felt like we where in one of those horror movies where you the only one that see the monster.. please take this review seriously, it is not hoax! Yuck!!. The place was nasty too. O boy...tummy rumbling, not good.

Absolute garbage. Everything was cold and old. Sushi was never refilled and what we were able to get was globs and globs of cream cheese. One person ordered hot tea and we asked twice to have it replaced with hot water because the tea wasnt steeping. The second pot of tea had like warm water but still couldnt even steep tea. We told the man at the register ans instead of any apology or anything he rang it all up without a word and refused to make eye contact.

GROSS!!!!!! Seriously, I never write reviews but had to for this! The food was horrible! Day old chicken sitting out all day, just disgusting. The only thing my wife and I liked was the ice cream........ because they didnt make it!!! lol. I went to use the restroom and the toilet was over flowing with unhuman like amounts of feces....... 30 dollars and 30 minutes of my life I will never get back!

This was honestly the worst Chinese food I have ever had in my entire life. I tried the lo mein, shrimp, bourbon chicken, Sesame Chicken, general tsos chicken, a donut, potatoes, and some dumplings and none of it tasted good. I hadnt eaten all day and I am high and i had trouble finishing a full plate. I wouldnt even feed that nasty food to my dog. I wish I could give this place the zero star it deserves.

It was my first time going to this place, and it was late but i had asked for plain fried rice and for him to add fried egg to it. I did not want amy veggies at all in it. And when i had gotten home i opened it and i was very disappointed but i took out the veggies and it was still good but it would have been nice if i had gotten it the way i wanted it.
