GC runs some awesome dinner specials but they are only on Fri. eve, Sat. & Sun. I do not drive at night so that leaves Sat. or Sun. their busiest times. I am physically disabled & dine alone (with my Service Dog) this restaurant favors large parties over those dining alone. Time before last when I went there I was enjoying my meal when a large party was seated in the same area - THEY LITERALLY TOOK OVER - forcing me to rush through my meal & leave. On 10/2 I went for their shrimp special. I found a table, got set up then went to get my food. When I returned the waitress had seated a very large party taking over the entire area; I could not get back to the table I had setup at because the large party was blocking it; I had to move to a less desirable area & a smaller table. They listed 6 items for the shrimp special; they did not have 2 of these items at all. The shrimp skews were not cooked & they were cooking so few at a time there was a long wait for them. When I asked the manager about the cocktail shrimp (there was none out) he had a few brought out. When I went back later to get more; there was more than 4 inches of ice covering the shrimp. It took me several minutes to get a couple shrimp out then I gave up. I know they have to be kept on ice but it shouldnt be so much ice that diners cannot access them. They have steak that they cook to order (well they are supposed to cook to order). There were quite a few steaks being cooked simultaneously on the grill. I told the cook very clearly that I wanted my steak RARE, he repeated "RARE". Then proceeded to cut one of the steaks on the grill in 1/2 & put it on my plate. When I went to eat it I found it was medium well to well done/ cooked way too much for me. In the past GC used to cook steaks to order now they take short cuts that ruin the meal. The other problem was that there were NO RULES in terms of children going to the food/ desert bar unattended by adults. I am not talking older kids but kids 3 to 5 years old. I walk with a walker & several times almost got barreled over by kids running throughout the restaurant; their parents did not try to stop them & neither did management. Being Sunday, the restaurant was very crowded, navigating from my table to the food/ desert bar with my walker & service dog is difficult under the best of circumstances but these kids were just running wild not using any care where others were walking. The other thing that bothered me (because it will eventually effect cost) is that these children were taking bags & bags of cotton candy & other desserts (& some food items) far more than any child could consume then when the families completed their meals & were ready to leave all this partially consumed (& some untouched) food was left on the table. There was no monitoring or regulation. In regards to be forced out by the large party time before last; I did write a customer review on the GC website & asked that someone contact me to discuss it further NO ONE CONTACTED ME. After yesterdays incident I again contacted GC via their website review - LETS SEE IF THEY CONTACT ME OR IGNORE ME LIKE LAST TIME

Im not sure if they have changed up their recipes or what, but I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the food. Previously, my father always wanted to eat here and I begrudgingly went along. The food was always way too greasy, over-salted and generally a bit cold. Recently after attending a funeral, the family wanted to go to Golden Corral, so I was expecting the same. I was so surprised that the food is actually quite good now! Much fresher, hot, not swimming in grease and I was pleased that there are some healthier selections to choose from. Theyve really cleaned up and its much appreciated!

Welllllll.... The server was nice and worked hard, wish I had gotten my receipt to tell his name. I know its Easter and they re all tired however the service the last hour and half by those in the bakery was HORRIBLE. I asked if they could make another bread pudding (only reason I wanted to eat there) was told NOPE!!!! Even though the one out was almost gone and had been there for almost two hours because I looked at it when we first arrived and we sat and waited 45 min for the rest of the family before we ate. ....That was not cool.

The best value you will ever find on Earth. All you can eat, variety of food for $12 dinner, $9 lunch. People outside of America will not understand why Americans are fat until they come here. And they will get fat too. Amazing meats, breads, salads, pastas, Mexican, Italian, asian, desserts...you name it If I lived near one in New York, I would eat here every single day and eat nothing for the rest of the day. If you are visiting from another country or have never been here, you absolutely must try it.

This Golden Corral has good breakfast options for the entire family as well as several lunch menu items for those who do not want breakfast food. It is generally a good place if you have kids because of the price and the variety of options. This particular location was good, clean, and had crispy bacon. The french toast was continually being made and available as well as the pabcakes. The employees seemed pleasant and were very courteous.

$13 for buffet at 11am on Sunday. Ridiculous. I could sit at a nice table and have my food freshly made and brought to me for that. Golden corral was fine as a cheaper alternative and no wait when the kids were little. Now it costs more to eat here than a real restaurant. With a drink I paid $16.43!?!?! To sit at a table thats sticky. Last time.

I used the takeout option and I was able to get quickly in and out. The food was hot and the selection varied as would be expected in a buffet place. The quality of the food is also whats expected from a buffet place, it was good, but not exceptional. The staff I interacted with were helpful.
