Dont do it! I stopped by Chipotle to pick up dinner for my son and me as I wasnt feeling well. The food looked good, so I settled on burritos since they didnt have a childrens menu. It took two girls to make them (one or both were new I think). First, they cooked two big tortillas with cheese in the middle, folded them up and packed them in a bag like it was done. I was confused so I asked them where the rest of it was, I wanted chicken and beans, etc...(isnt that was a burrito is?) They looked at me like I had two heads. I asked her if the chicken was spicy, she said no. So, she attempted to unfold the already molded cheese things and fit chicken, rice, beans into them...then she folded them flat. They broke into pieces when she first pulled apart the incorrect order, but kept on with it. Why wouldnt she just start over again? Then she put two flat things that were NOT burritos into a bag. Another lady walked up and looked at her like she was doing the wrong thing and I thought, thank God. She asked what she was doing. The employee said, "burritos" and that lady said "quesadilla burritos?" and smiled. I dont know if it was disbelief or my illness that kept me from saying anything....but I truly regret it now. I came home willing to eat what I was given and grateful not to have to cook. But I opened the meals and gave one to my son, and on the first bite, his fell to pieces. So did mine....not only that but the chicken was spicy, so he couldnt even eat it (which is why I asked if it was spicy in the first place!) I trashed them both and ended up making dinner anyway. My suggestions - #1 go to Moes. They listen to their customers, and their burritos are round. They have a kids menu too. #2 dont settle for less then what you ask for when you are paying for it, even if you are sick.

With a place like Chipolte Mexican Grill, there isnt much you can complain about when it comes to their food. It is REALLY good and it is ALWAYS good. That being said, this location doesnt have the best service. As people stood in line to pick their toppings the two woman there where busy doing other stuff instead of helping their customers. I understand they where doing other things, but a nice smile and an "I will be right with you" would have gone a long way to make their customers not feel like they are a bother. The young man who was the cashier was very nice and gave killer service.

Im sorry about the last reviewers experience. Everyone that has made my burritos at Chipotle has been competent. It sounds like she got someone on their first day, and clearly they mistakenly were making quesadillas instead of burritos. Ive gone through phases where I was eating at Chipotle several times per week. Not only do they take pride in their ingredients (check out their website), but its all super fresh and delicious. The only complaint I have is that on 1 out of my maybe 100 times there the guacamole was looking old, so I didnt get any that time. Every other time it was all great.

Its a good location. Its in the older style of a few years ago, but still looks great. Personally I think they give you slightly less food than the location on Capital and Wake Forest Rd, but for the average person its still plenty. If youve never been to Chipotle, its delicious, filling, and fairly priced. Pretty much everything is made fresh in store (especially the guac, which is about as good as restaurant guac gets). Try out the carnitas (pulled pork) or barbacoa (its like a "barbeque" pulled beef. Its really good).

Ive ordered dinner here twice. Both times they screwed up the order and were extremely apathetic while constructing the burritos and tacos (i.e. scooping a bunch of bean juice into the burrito instead of taking 4 seconds to strain it). Even at checkout they screwed up and didnt associate my order with the fundraiser that I told them I was there to support. In short, decent food ingredients dont make a good business when the staff and management have zero concern for customer satisfaction.

Pretty lack luster service. Not particularly attentive. Messed up my order, (both the one they had to throw away and the one I actually accepted) ended up having to take a different meat because of it. Ive worked in tex mex before, and Ive always been pretty meh with Chiptole in the first place, but this might have made my mind up for me. Dont think Ill be going back there again.

I am frustrated with my recent experience at this location. My potion was extremely small for the price, when I questioned my server I was told I could pay extra for a double portion. I did not want a double portion, but just a normal portion. They were very skimpy with all my ingredients, and the burrito was not even wrapped properly.

not good at all. We got two complimentary meals. Same rudeness for each visit. And it was enough. The employees ran away from us while we were trying to give us the order. Not tell us the order was ready. Not get a full portion of food. The employees would stop waiting on us. To talk to each other. The place is small. parking is tight.

Its usually pretty good, a bit on the expensive size but the burritos are the size of a baby. Dont get the steak-- its ALL FAT. Nasty. Wait times are sometimes long during peak hours but the staff is usually fast about it. I love and appreciate the variety of people they have on staff.

I LOVE chipotle but this location is a nightmare every time. The employees always seem like its their first day and have no ability to talk to customers. The beans and rice are always crunchy and the tomatoes are always rotten. If you can avoid it, go to a different location.

This is a goodie. One of my favorites Chipotles. They give good portions and dont skimp on the Guac (They know whats important). The seating is a little strange and its not that big of a facility, only reason I gave it 4 instead of 5. 10/10 will eat here again.

This was the first time that I had tried this restaurant -- I wasnt sure what to expect but the cashier explained the restaurant concept and I ordered my chicken bowl with extra lettuce...it was amazing and I will definitely be going to more Chipotle around me

I love chipotle but the new staff at this location is horrible! They have attitudes when they serve you and dont make the food correctly. The Chipotle on Glenwood Ave. is much cleaner and has much better service! The extra few minutes drive are worth it!

Convenient if you are out on Falls of the Neuse, but the Strickland Road location is always better. Strickland Road location always taste a bit fresher, provides larger portion sizes and the staff listens if you ask for extra on a specific topping.
