I love the salad bar, however, I do not like self checkout. Especially when items have to be weighed. What happened to customer service? Everytime I get to the check out I see at least 6-8 employees in the Lowes shirts walking around the front registers, talking or trying to "appear" busy, while one person is ringing up customers. Im waiting in a line and youre paying people to watch me??? I usually stop in on my lunch hour. Please bring customer service back, or Food Lion will continue to get 100% of my business. Lowes is turning into Walmart. I dont shop there either. And this is in every Lowes store I visit.

Every time I use my WIC check for fruits and vegetables I try to get as close to the amount as possible which means I go a little over sometimes. I am totally fine with paying the difference. Non of the employees seem to know how to manage the WIC checks especially if I go over the amount and sometimes they are a little rude about it. I felt more embarrassed than I already do using wic. Please teach your employees how to manage the wic checks especially the fruits and vegetables one.

Made a quick stop to visit the salad bar and deli.. There was 2 dead flies on the food in the salad bar..Ok, so skip that today! On to the deli to decide on pasta salad where I found a rather long hair sticking out of one salad.. I love Lowes Foods, but dont think I can return to this store.. I did report it to an employee, who didnt even offer an apology..

We so love this Lowes. It is better than our local one so we make the drive. The freshly cut fruits and veggies are always a favorite for us. The staff has always been so willing to help. We love the sandwiches and the sushi as well. They are so tasty and fresh. Great experience for a grocery store.

Lowes Foods is taking the Triad. Do your grocery shopping here, have a beer, sample a slider from the picnic area, and pay the same as Harris Teeter. I rave about these updated stores. Youll agree too once you stop by next time you need some groceries.

I love shopping here! They have great products, fresh meat and produce! The bakery and deli both have a very tasty selection! Grocery, frozen, and dairy always has what I need! The people that work here are very genuine and nice!

Manager - Walter is absolutely awesome. Helps out in the community and cares about people who shop there. Workers are diligent and seem to take pride in what they do. Store is always clean, meat and produce is normally excellent.
