Let me tell you about my customer service experience. I had my first delivery scheduled a few weeks ago, but last minute I had to contact zone healthy because I was called to pick up my sick daughter from daycare and I had to take her to the pediatrician. Not only did Rudy rescheduled my delivery, working around my schedule, he included a handwritten note and two free chocolate chip cookies for my daughter to make her feel better. It was so sweet- I was blown away. Honestly, just because of the customer service, well probably never bother with another meal prep company, but let me tell you about the food...Their meals are amazing! Absolutely delicious, well-balanced and ORGANIC

"I LOVE THIS PROGRAM" This is not cafeteria type foods, Foods are made as if you were a guest “dining-in” at a fine dining establishment."Totally Gourmet not DIET FOOD" I got the first 2 weeks as a Birthday Gift & I have been on the program since the middle of January & I have dropped 33lbs. What has really caught my eye & Turned me & my Tummy ON is the fabulous produce that Zone uses. Always is fresh and crisp, none of the produce is wilted or old. I want to drop 17 more pounds so I will stay on the program till the end of May. Thank you Zone & Keep up the great work!

I have been using Zone Healthy since September and it is absolutely fantastic. There has never been a single problem with the deliveries nor the food. The food itself is delicious and menus are very creative and diverse. I have rarely had the same meal within these past months. Rudy and his team keep revamping the menu and incorporate amazing, fresh ingredients. I work out four times a week and its more than enough food to keep me going throughout the whole day and into the gym. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

After trial of 5 days they start sending you frozen food instead of promised fresh and natural. All fruits and vegetables went to trash. And they dont like to cancel the services stating that by their contract you need continue with future deliveries. They are rude over the phone and dont reply for 5 to 7 days. The balance they owe is more than $2000. I signed up for 30 days after a 5 day trial period and canceled after 2 days of frozen fruits and vegies and omelette made of powder

The meals Ive been receiving the past week are some of the best Ive ever eaten. Truly inspired, creative, gourmet meals. I love the tips they include to enlighten you about some of the unique foods your receiving. Now I am not only more aware of what Im eating, and how Im nurturing my body, but it is delicious too. Ordering is super simple, and the price is very reasonable for such great quality. Couldnt be happier with my choice.

Thanks to one of the diet options at zone healthy I have lost a total of 100 pounds in less then 11 months. I learned how to eat and portion size from the food program. Whether you just want a short-term diet or would like long-term weight stabilization there are definitely options here that you can utilize. Food is repetitive, over salted, menu doesntt match what is delivered, some veggies so overcooked no longer green. if you dont like flavor and dont have teeth, then you might like the bowl of watery mush they called breakfast. Veey disappointed. Do not waste your money!!! (I am trying ine of the other meal delivery cos....will post review once I do.)
