Their customer service really sucks. I have probably spent 7-15K dollars ordering food from these people over the years. Jerry is pretty good and when he placing my order it is always correct. Some of the ladies there like to mess around though. Multiple times we order steaks or burgers, and if we dont specify how we want it cooked we get it raw. Yes raw, this has happened multiple times. Also sometimes the wait time for food can be up to 3 hours. This also depends on who is working. My last time ordering from them, I waited over an hour and half for them to call me to confirm my order. Within that hour I was unable to get anyone on the phone or get answers to my email. We had to leave so we didnt get any food from them that night Better to order from 2go services. Customer service is way better, delivery charge is cheaper, and they have a real working web site.

I work on the Eastside at a number of locations, Kirkland, Bellevue, Bothell and Redmond. It is SOOOO awesome that I can have food delivered from some of my favorite Eastside restaurants.. The convenience of being able to work through my lunch if needed or even just not having to go out and fight lunch traffic in Bellevue is worth every penny. So far, every time I have ordered from Dinner Delivery Plus I have got what ordered and the delivery folks are always dressed nice. I have no issues with them coming into my client location. Very professional. I tell everyone about these guys. Lovem.

We just ordered mexican through the service. The website was easy to use, the woman who called to confirm was very nice and helpful and told me to expect the delivery within a hour. Th delivery guy showed up 45 minutes later, he was also very nice. I will be using dinner delivery plus again and highly recommend them.

I ordered Thai food for my husband in Seattle from the other end of the country by phone. I loved that the person who took my order was very polite and friendly. The food was delivered in an hour as was told. This sure is an excellent idea!! Will order from them again.
