The worst service that my family and I have ever experienced. My husband and I enjoyed a beautiful day at the beach with our 4 young children (ages 2-7) and we were in route to drive back home. It was dinner time and had a longer drive still with our hungry children, we needed something quick! We decided to grab dinner in Florence, the best solution was pizza. We decided to stop into the Pizza Hut in Florence...this is where our nightmare began. At first we waited at the entrance next to the "wait to be seated" for over 10 minutes until someone acknowledged us and started yelling "Diane" "Diane" to seat us. Well Diane was nowhere to be found. The yelling has turned everyones head at this point to watch us try to teach our young children patience while we wait for a table. The Pizza Hut employee finally came over 5-10 mins later advising us to seat ourselves and followed us with a menu. We sit down and decide what we want. I head to the front cash register where two newly arrived customers stepped into line to order. I stood at the cash register for over 15 mins watching the cooks and the cashier/rep prepare other peoples pizzas, while I was ignored the whole time. I finally interrupted him and asked him what is the wait time. He claimed 25 mins. My husband agreed to wait while he was entertaining our hungry children. I have yet to be spoken to about placing a order. I stood there for another 10-15 mins before I Told my family that I no longer had any additional patience for the lack of efficiency and lack of customer service by the staff. The overall atmosphere felt odd being that we are a bi-racial family. The stares and the heavy lack of concern from front end management was beyond negligent. It wasnt as if the man didnt see me, he made eye contact with me multiple times yet never gave me opportunity even to order food! The lack of service that we experienced felt fully discriminatory. Other people around us were being helped and were receiving their orders while we were sitting there, being stared at since the moment we walked in, lacked any service whatsoever. I felt so disgusted with the level of service that we received and frustrated and angry for the way our family was treated. I hate that our children had to see us discriminated against. We were finally told "sorry guys" while we were embarrassingly and disgustingly walking out. Sadly we Will never see another Pizza Hut the same!

First off...I have given Pizza Hut more chances than they deserve. Since we dont have a Papa Johns here and my other favorite pizza shop was closed on Sundays, we opted for this. Tonight was the last straw. We put in what we wanted online and then follow up with a phone call to ensure the order is accurate. We should not have to do this each and every time but...It didnt matter anyway. It was yet again...wrong. So we took the pizza back to the store. A worker sitting there drinking a soda said somebody would be with us in a minute. A guy shows up and we told him the pizza was was wrong. He asked if we specified what we wanted when we ordered. So my husband pulls out a receipt and shows him what we ordered as well as offered a follow up phone call. Nothing but attitude given back when he asked what hes supposed to do about it. We told him a correct pizza would be nice. He was like is that all you wanted? Just very lazy and rude. This place is a joke. Not all of them are rude and treat us like this but the ones that do act like this ruin it and that is how you get a bad reputation. Maybe instead of sitting there drinking a soda, get up and clean something. Fingerprints all over the doors, floors are filthy and tables need to be cleared off from customers that left. Get this place whipped into shape before its next to go out of business! ie; KFC. Carpe Diem Calzone and Pizza is so much better, fresher, cleaner and they are really nice! Great alternative for my family from now on!

Everytime I have been in the Pizza Hut in Florence our food has been a problem. Yours orders are usually delayed for at least 30 to 45 minutes. One time we went there and ate in and the we had six people there ordered our food and literally 45 minutes later I went up to ask if our Pizzas had been done. Someone forgot to mention were were there and then they started making the Pizzas. After they got them to us they gave us the wrong pizzas and bread sticks that I showed the lady what we ordered on the receipt. We finally gave up and ate the pizzas they gave us and of course like every time we had been there said they were sorry and gave us some sort of discount for later. I WOULD NEVER EVER RECOMMEND THIS PIZZA HUT TO ANYONE EVER!!!

For some reason we keep going back... my wife and I order from pizza hut here in Florence Oregon atleased once a month. And everytime something is wrong with our order. It seems they dont pay attention when the order comes in and just do whatever they want. We ordered a hand tossed pizza with no garlic butter on the crust.. seems easy enough right? WRONG! And when I went back to return said pizza, the person in charge was very rude. 5 people working there, one family eating inside and it took atleased 5 mins to even talk to someone. Lazy and rude. If I was a franchise owner I would have these people fired

Pizze veramente buone e molto personalizzabili (scelta della dimensione, del tipo di pasta, del "topping", addirittura del tipo di crosta), vasta scelta di bevande, personale cordiale, dolci buoni e decisamente abbondanti!! Locale accogliente e prezzi contenuti. Ci sono anche dei videogames per bambini.

Manager was rude and unreasonable. My son cannot have any gluten and we were with a group of 30 kids so I asked if I could order and bring in an individual gluten free pizza from somewhere else so he could be with his group and they refused in a very rude confrontational way. Super sad since they dont offer any gluten free options. All of the kids he was there with rallied and refused to eat there because of the inconsiderate treatment. Awkward and sad. Most establishments are very accommodating to people with allergies, clearly this Pizza Hut is not.

Well to start, it took like 10 minutes for someone to recognize we were there. After that, our server would not even let us get one word in because she felt it was necessary to tell us about her teaching life. Our food was aweful and even though I was clear about what flavor crust I wanted, I never got it. We never got a refill, and when we finally gave up our server refused to adjust our bill so we didnt have to pay for the food we didnt eat because it was gross. Do not eat here!

I have been a Pizza Hut fan since the very first one opened in New York years ago. One year ago the pizzas in Florence were fabulous. I have gone back numerous times in the last 6 months giving them chance after chance to improve the quality of the pizza. Its a lost cause. Today the crust wasnt cooked enough , barely any meat on it at all and the cheese had a funny ( rotten) taste. For $16 this is the very last time.
