TLDR: Dont deliver despite website allowing it, took two hours to finally get food, order was still wrong. If I could rate less than one star I would. So after ordering delivery online from their own website I finally call after an hour of waiting to check on my order. I realize this isnt Dominos so I call with an open mind thinking maybe the driver is caught up, whatever. Well turns out they dont deliver. Frustrated, I drove there to pick up my being told it would be "one more minute". Well, another 45 minutes and three "one more minutes" they finally got my order... wrong that is. I got one order of dumpings versus two. But ok, after the wait, I just wanted to get out of there. Well, as if all that wasnt enough, I get to my room and my order came with an entirely different dish. Overall, worst delivery/pick up experience ever.

I give NO stars!!! Hostess Very NOT willing to help! NOT good customer service at all! Wanted to get take out, went in, asked for menu, sat to read, went up to ask for her help to find something on the menue & She didnt have rime fir me!. I asked if i could ask a question, she said, you wanted to get take out, me...yes but wanted to ask if u could help me...Hostess burs in.....yes but as long as its Real quick question sure because we are really busy & see all these people in the lobby they are waiting to be seated. I politly folded up my menue sat it on the counter & said never mind since you are to busy to answer my question to take my order. & Walked out! Very furious that im not just as important as þose whom want to sit in to eat!!!!

Love the food here, some of the best Japanese food Ive ever had, and Ive been to Japan a few times!! Highly recommend the bento box, its large enough to share and you get a nice variety. Also, we never go without ordering the Sexy Jalapenos. They are filled with crab, cream cheese, and I believe seaweed or something, tempura fried and topped with spicy mayo and a brown sauce. Warning, once you order these you will want them every time you go. :)

Worst service Ive ever experienced. Sat and waited for drinks for almost 15 minutes, when drinks were brought we had to chase the waitress down just to put in an order for an appetizer. Which then we proceeded to wait for another half hour without our order even being taken. We had to get up and find someone to come and take our order. Very expensive and not worth the horrible service.

Delicious Surprising in quality and quantity. Very healthy and satisfying, flavorfull. Choices of meats and seafood come with a variety of vegetables. We very much enjoyed our decadent lunch last fall in Ellsworth and wished there were more of your restaurants spread out over US or at least the North East...New England and New York. Much recommended to all friends and relatives.

Ordered General Tsos chicken take out. Got home and it was not chicken it was fish and it was absolutely disgusting. Called and explained it to the worker, and they swear it was chicken but they cannot explain to me why it smelled like fish taste like fish and have the texture of fish.

Best Asian cuisine in Hancock County. Cant beat their full menu, which includes Chinese, Cantonese, Japanese, etc. Sushi is amazing. Very affordable. Best wonton soup anywhere, and all food is prepared freshly and quickly. Nice atmosphere and friendly service.

The waitress only talked to and looked at my fiance, even though there were 4 of us at the table. Most obnoxious. The food was kind of gross. They dont know how to make a sushi roll. Note to chef: just because its in a bento box doesnt make it food.

FINALLY found a really good place to go for Chinese food. Wife and I find this to be a very good value and most important great food. I highly recommend them over any other Asian restaurant in the Bar Harbor or Ellsworth area.

Love this place! Excellent food and excellent value for your money. I havent tried anything I havent loved. Ordered the Calamari salad today which is an appetizer and it was a meal and a very fresh tasty and loaded salad.
