Great cheese steak, even better service! A++ My first experience - Got into town late and needed dinner, so I found this place online but only had 15 minutes before they closed for the night. As I was walking up the owner came out and was locking up for the night so I started to head back for the car when he calls me back "We just turned off the grill, but we can fire it up again if you want a something." Are you kidding? This man made my night. The staff didnt bat an eyelash that it was quitting time, fired up the grill and made me one of the best cheese steaks Ive had. If youre in Wilmington and looking for lunch or dinner, you wont find a better spot.

Ordered a delivery and fries were RAW, when I called back they made it seem as if I was lying about my complaint? The college road location made me call the market street location because it was closer and "they didnt wanna drive too far". It took them 2 hours to bring the right food. When they did finally the delivery guy knocked so hard at the door that my family thought it was the police. And if that wasnt bad enough everyone who ate from this place in my house has a stomach bug. Dont order from here. I will never order from this place again.

Top of the line customer service! Ordered 3 meals, they ran out of 2 kinds of cheese at the same time. We waited about 15 minutes as the cook slipped out to secure more of the sacred provolone. Because of the long wait, the staff refunded our money but still serced up our delicious food. The cook came to our table and apologized sincerely the hastle. This solidified my decision that Port City Cheesesteak is the BEST place for cheesesteaks and Real, Awesome People!

excited that we got delivery besides Chinese or pizza this was the new downtown location .. cost didnt match the value .. the burgers and cheesesteak were extremely over seasoned inedible. The wings were pretty dry and the fries tasted good except for the loaded fries had sour cream!?! Big ol glob in the middle Ive done sour cream with nachos or maybe a dip. Extremely disappointed

Absolutely delicious cheesesteak! Every bit as good as J. Michaels and quite possibly better. The prices are a bit steep ($7.89 for just a cheesesteak) but its certainly not unreasonable. Go give it a try!

Loved the food!! The food and service were awesome! My husband and I ate inside, the cook was very busy, but still got our food to us in a timely manner . I highly recommend it to anyone.

Love this place! I especially love that I can order online via Yelp. Philly subs and fries are always amazing. The wings are really good as well. Highly recommend.

Absolutely incredible burgers are A1 there and their fries are crinkle cut heaven I wouldnt say the prices are high but their a bit high but totally worth it

Awful. Shakes are too small for the cost and the cheesesteaks are ridiculously salty. Very disgusting. Dont know how anyone can eat this garbage
