Best wings around. I get them crispy (well done) and wet (extra sauce). Service is usually very good. Not usually a blue cheese kinda guy, but always get theirs. Very good beer selection. Ive been a regular since the late 90s, my favorite wing joint. Wife is vegetarian and not many options for her aside from typical veggie plate and salad etc, petty boring. I wish they would get a lot more creative for non-meat eaters since shes not usually too excited about going to the wing factory. They could try a lot harder, but I guess they know their demographic. We would go as a family a lot more if she had more options. Most restaurants seem to think vegetarians are rabbits or only into super healthy food which is definitely *not* the case! They just dont want to eat animal protein and theres many, many other options if you do the slightest bit of research. My kids like it, especially the mini arcade and gum ball machines...

We came here on a Sunday evening in January because my wife wanted wings for dinner. We really like the loaded French fries, but the wings are just okay. We ordered 25 wings; 5 plain, 10 medium, 5 hot, and 5 hot honey BBQ. They all came out pretty crispy, but the sauce easily covered it up. The 5 plain wings we ordered for the kids were not as easy to cover up. I am a wing guy, so I noticed that the wings were all previously cooked and recooked for our table. I made a comment to the manager and they did offer a dessert, but ultimately they removed the loaded fries and the 5 plain wings. Will we come back, sure, but we will probably driver over to Buffalo Wild Wings, which is closer, because of the quality of the food.

$2 off draft beers from 3-7 M-F is a very good deal considering their large selection of craft brews including a fair amount of local selections. The wings are very good and they have a number of sauces that are excellent. The spicy honey BBQ and fire & ice sauces are two that stand out. Sometimes the wings may come out a bit too dry so always ask your server for them to be extra wet.

My wife and I love this place. They have 24 different beers on tap and a billion different wing sauces. If you are there to witness a sporting event you must bare in mind it can get loud due to it being a sports bar. I also like my wings in a particular way and the staff have no problem meeting my requests. They also have daily happy hours in which they serve 1.00 beers! Home Run!!!!!

The best place to grab wings around this area. Their wings are a great size with plenty of meat on the bone. Also their sauce list is incredible with many new flavors being added. I highly recommend the sweet n smoky BBQ wings. If you are really hungry and are near here on Thursdays they have all you can eat for $20 which includes wings, drinks, and fries.

First time dining at Buffalo Wing Factory in 2-3 years. Service was slow and wait staff was anemic. Food was served cold. Lunch menu items were not well put together and lacked flavor. I guess this is a good place to go to on a Thursday when they have an all-u-can-eat wing deal for $14, aside from that, Ill definitely pass on this place in the future.

I am from Buffalo and these wings are BY FAR the best I have tried in the area. Very authentic, very saucy and flavor is right on target. Make sure to get the blue cheese and not the ranch dressing for the true Buffalo experience. Love the atmosphere and the price is right. Games for the kids make it fun for everyone. Love the Wing Factory!!

Service was SLOW. Although we came in with a large group and expected some delay, I find a 45 minute wait for food unacceptable, especially when there were only 3-4 other tables occupied in the restaurant. Food was cold when we got it, and it wasnt spectacular. Maybe we came on an off day, but the experience was less than desirable.

Absolutely rude manager missed three orders on a big party we waited for an hour and a half I stopped him to ask him to add an order that he never placed and he just said give me a minute and walked away for another 20 minutesI would never recommend using them again

As a wing fan I felt as if I could fly inside this family friendly diner where my ten nippers ran around dodging the high chairs. It was exquisite and I highly recommend it as you know it makes sense. Also the ball game was enthralling.

A great place for wings with a lot of different styles. I like the anything with Parmesan. Curly fries are great side dish. This is the place for chicken wings in the area.
