I ordered ahead and it only takes me 10 mins to get there from my home the rep said itll be ready in 15 mins . I ordered 8 boneless wing lemon peppered and mild which I had no idea was a dry run which tasted horrible and not spicy at all.. the chicken was dry and flavorless and I also ordered 8 bone in and when I said both taste like they took some frozen chicken hurried up and fried it and threw some wanna be flavor on it my bone in was hickory BBQ with mild which btw had no mild sauce on it the wings barely tasted like BBQ also the fires was wet and very soggy this was my first time ordering here and I literally had to redress my wings and cook them myself in the oven once I got home and I must say they tasted 10 times better I really do want a refund but dont feel like calling up there and being petty ... the place was clean too bad the wings suck !

Awful customer service. Ordered a online order. Halfway home got a call saying they gave me the wrong order I had to drive back. The manager wouldnt even stop what he was doing to talk to me to apologize for the inconvenience only offered to take away 10% of my order that I paid shouldve got it for free. I was more upset that the general manager couldnt stop what he was doing to talk to me to apologize to my face.

We waited almost 45 mins for our food and it was horrible. Wing stop will not get my business again. First and last time for me. Some of the wings were overcooked and undercooked. The sauce they used for the mild wings were like water very runny. Wings had no taste overall disgusting. Dont waste your time or money.

Tonight was our first visit to Wingstop. We had excellent service, the restaurant is clean, plenty of parking, and the food was delicious. Mikalah took our order and was friendly, helpful, and courteous. There are loads of restaurants to choose from in Manassas, Wingstop has moved right to the top of our list!

The menu offers a wide variety of sauces. I ordered mild and BBQ with a side of the beans. All of the products were cooked fresh and hot! The service was great; the restaurant was clean and the atmosphere was upbeat. I highly recommend dining there.

Excellent service, the wings were a bit on the overdone side and the flavors were a bit weak. It probably took about 17 min and the place was empty. The fries were good. Ill probably give it another chance to ensure it wasnt an off day. .
