This is the last problem Ill ever have from Wings Over Rochester. I get a notification asking how my order is 50 minutes after I ordered but no food. So Im waiting for another 20 minutes and get a call from my driver. Hes at a hotel asking which number room I have so he can deliver my food. I ordered delivery to my house across town. Call the store and Im not offered any help whatsoever other than hell be there in 10 minutes. 20 minutes later, no deliveey has been made. I call the store again. Now 25 minutes after my original call, they say the driver is 7ish minutes away and thats all I get from them, so I just asked to cancel my order instead of paying for cold food I would get 50 minutes late. 10 minutes after I cancel the order, the delivery driver shows up and I told him the order was cancelled and he can send it back. He shows me the receipt with a completely different address on it before he goes. This is after my last order having part of it missing, the one before not being the right order, and them having previously givenus undercooked wings that were still the wrong order. Not ordering from them again.

The one isnt for the wings the one is for the cashiers service. I politely said hi and received no response her tone was that of I hate working here Im fed up and irritated. It was if all of pets died at the same time today. She also had the same tone with customers over the phone. The rest of the workers were nice but she seemed to be up on her high horse about the job. Not polite not friendly. All and all it was the Im to good for this job look and to I say find another job where you dont deal with customers...

Everything was fine until I reviewed my credit card transaction which posted. I found it interesting that the transaction was exactly $10 over. My assumption, the delivery driver tipped himself $10 even though we tipped him $10 in cash when he arrived to our business with the order... an extremely generous tip already considering we are located 2.5 miles from 2973 W. Henrietta Rd. I will be sure to follow up with another post after I speak with them

Not happy about my first time going here.. I wanted mild wings and ordered 25 for us and she told me what sauce to order and said it wasnt hot at all.... Well 25 wings that couldnt be eaten by me or my husband because of how spicy they were. I would honestly love to take the wings back today for my damn money!! Not to mention I had to wait 45 mins for something I couldnt even eat!!!!!!!!!! Cant believe all in all I dropped $40 on this food.

Their boneless wings vary from time to time; sometimes theyre tender on the inside and have the perfect amount of sauce, other times theyre overcooked, dry, and chewy with too little sauce. Id say they average out to be decent. Oh and the amount of food varies drastically from order to order, as well; sometimes the box is overflowing, while other times youre left wondering if they actually weighed what they gave you.

If you like chicken wings this is the place, no other place can compare in the area. huge wings great sauces, the only negative thing i have to say is chickens wings are suppose to be sold in dozens like doughnuts, and just like a good bakery a good wing place will give you bakers dozen (13). I dont know where this 10 wing crap came from but the rest of the world can keep that metric crap.

Love their sauces (especially oriental sesame). I would skip the waffle fries unless you get them with one of the flavor add-on. This isnt necessary though because the combo meals come with tons of fries. The sandwiches are just as good as the boneless wings. Pro tip: If you get regular wings (not boneless) be sure to order them well done so that the skin is crispy like it should be.

Good wings, but they have a tendency to get your order wrong... Also dont bother with the waffle fries. the menu says its a full pound, its not even close to half a pound. The "combo packs" give you a generous portion of fries along with your wings, and its only $1 more and includes a soda so thats good. Have not had sandwiches, wraps, or ribs so not sure of quality of those.

Great food at a decent price. They also deliver until like 3am, which is really convenient if you happen to be a college student burning the midnight oil. Occasionally there is sketchy delivery driver, whom I suspect took my tip one time without claiming it on grubhub, but that was one time. Overall, service is speedy and the food has never really failed to satisfy.

Wings Over Rochester trumps any other chain wing restaurant around. Their wings are large, and the sauce choices are all very tasty. They deliver, so I no longer get pizza when Im feeling lazy. Also, they have been giving me an extra wing for every order I make, so they reward loyal customers.

Ordered via Grub Hub and they gave us the wrong order. They blamed us for the mix up and wouldnt give us a refund or replacement. Manager repeatedly blamed us for their mistake. Food is ok but not worth the hassle.

One of the worst! The manager named "Julian" and their delivery failed to do the job. Their attitude reminds me of fat pigs in Wall St. Dont order if you want to save the time.

The staff here is always friendly and helpful. Food is delicious and fresh. Could eat here every day but I would get the diabeetus.
