My company ordered a large catering for 220 people from Country BBQ over the weekend, and I would just like to say how incredibly satisfied we were with our experience. The event coordination process was streamlined and transparent, the cost of food and transportation extremely affordable, and the food of course was PHENOMENAL. James and his team got to our site extra early to make sure that everything was set up in time, provided us with extra serving utensils just in case the ones we had brought werent enough, and gave us lots of extra hot sauce and dip for the pulled pork. They were easygoing, friendly and overall very professional. I would highly recommend them to any group wanted a savory, authentic and casual meal in the Triad. Please open up a location in the Triangle! We would be your first customers!

2 stars because of the service only. Im not sure you can really call it BBQ. At worst the ribs were boiled and then grilled, at best baked. Both ribs and pork were missing the tell-tale smoke ring and smoky flavor of real BBQ. In fact, the near was largely flavorless, grey and somewhat mushy including ribs that slid off the bones without effort (pointing to boiling). I was wary walking in because of the lack of wood and smoky smell. My fears were confirmed. That said, I received quick and attentive service on a Tuesday night that was not busy.

Absolutely the worst service of any restaurant in the triad area. Twice now, Ive gone in sat down and waited for service followed by others. The wait staff seems to always go to the last person that came into the restaurant. That happened tonight and my party walked out. We were stopped on the way out and asked if we want service and we said no and explained why. Then we got the look of "how dare us walk out". No apologies. Will NOT be going to Country BBQ again. Plenty of other BBQ establishments in the triad with excellent customer service.

My husband and I went there this weekend and our service was horrible! Our waitress took our order and 30 minutes elapsed....she came to the table and said she lost our ticket and needed to take our order again. We gave her the order again and it was another 30 minutes before we got our food. When we went to pay we told the cashier that we were not happy at how long we had to wait and she just looked at us and said, "Okay"! We will NEVER go there again. The food may be good but the service is AWFUL!

The worst customer service ever!!!! I placed a pick up order for a total of 4 people. Started off speaking with Summer she took 2 orders then just handed the phone to another person the second person(a black lady) i spoke with act like she didnt wanted take the order! they hate for you to ask any questions, this is the 3rd time this happen, were are a well know business in the area! WE WILL NOT ORDER FROM THERE AGAIN! WHY KEEP PAYING THEIR SALARY WHEN THEY DONT ACT LIKE THEY DONT WANT TO WORK!

Overpriced! I ordered two chicken tenders kids meals which totaled to $7.98 which didnt even include drinks... then we ordered two large chopped BBQ trays and the food wasnt even in a tray. It was falling out of a holder in the bag and it totaled to $17.50 for both trays no drink included. It was so small I even went back inside to make sure it was a large tray. I was disappointed in the amount of food received and the price. You can get a better deal and more food at Carter Brothers or Stameys.

This place is a part fast food restaurant part regular restaurant. Not what I was looking for. I had breakfast there. Ham flavor was excellent, portion was to small. Eggs were good. They dont have toast, only biscuit(it was ok but not what I was after). Hash browns were burger king style (again disappointed). Coffee was weak. Okay as a fast food restaurant -disappointing as a regular restaurant.

I took my family there to eat breakfast. I stood in line like everyone else to place an order. The person taking the order in front of me did not seem to know how to take the order. Several other people came in after us. The order taker at another register motioned them to take their order before us without acknowledging our presence. After waiting another few minutes, we left.

Country BBQ a has decent barbecue for the price. Good pulled pork sandwiches and plates, amazing green beans, hush puppies, slaw and more. Their chicken is great too. The main reason this place stands out is their biscuits for breakfast, the tenderloin biscuit may be the best breakfast biscuit Ive ever eaten. MUST TRY STRAWBERRY COBBLER!

This place is AWESOME! I have never been there and not had a great experience. The BBQ has so much flavor...I just love it. The customer service is one of the things that I love the best. Even when theyre really busy, the wait staff still manage to be attentive to your needs. Couldnt ask for a better place to eat.

Really good food.. when I am out this is the place to go when you are wanting something good and with a side of barbecue! While other places have a little bit better bbq the restaurant is nice, clean, and convenient. Overall I reccomend that you check them out next time you want some barbecue!

Without a doubt, the best barbeque in Guilford County. You cant beat the tenderloin, egg and cheese biscuit with their barbeque sauce for breakfast. Ive never had a bad lunch or supper from there. If you get the chance you need to enjoy a meal or several at Country Bar-B-Q!

I usually go in the mornings before heading to a job site mind you experience may vary depending on the time of day, but my service has been average with the exception of a cashier who always greets with a smile. Food is great and taste amazing.

Worked in federal plaza for 6 mo (across the street) before i realized they were there. Fantastic service, certain portions are ample. The half bbq chicken meal with 2 sides is by far the best deal, and the potato salad is great!

Because they closed at 5:30 due to weather when the storm had already passed and the roads are clear. Just because its 26 degrees and theres a small trace of snow on the grass doesnt mean you need to close!

This is good BBQ. They also have good Brunswick Stew. The prices are good also. Very reasonable. The BBQ for four is a great deal. Some of the best Hush Puppies you can find. I highly recommend this place.

Absolutely nothing special about this place! Gives NC BBQ a bad name. I was told the q was smoked but I doubt it. Very bland, slaw was a joke! They need to step up their game.

The peach cobbler is really, REALLY runny...so much so that it spilled all over my car when I tried to put a large pan of it in my vehicle. It was extremely disappointing.
