I was not going to give a bad review until I saw the 4.9, but come on. My brisket which was served out of a tray of water was pre-sliced and dry!!! The half of slab of ribs had the right pink smoked color but one end was dry, the silver skin is left on and the has such a ridiculous amount of thick sweet sauce the ribs were lost, I am sure they use the wrap them in plastic and tinfoil trick, to "steam" them, I can tell simply by seeing the silver skins color, or they were kept warm fir hours, either way the trick takes away from the meat and the bone slides out in an unnatural way. Then I got the three coleslaws, the first was so wet, sweet, it was like a nasty soup thing, the Apple slaw, first bite I got something rotten so I spit it out, the third I threw away without trying. 4.9, no way these are customer reviews, impossible, Smittys market in lockhart texas dont get a 4.9, and BBG aint even close to Smittys.

I should have gone across the street for pizza. This place obviously uses a reputation management service. It is just pathetically bad and dirty. It is memorable for its non-BBQ.The half chicken was lightly smoked...maybe... it reminded me of moms flavorless baked chicken. Heinz offers better ketchup than this BBQ sauce. Bushs regular baked beans, while bland, are an improvement over these. The sweet and sour slaw was...bland. The owner needs to visit some BBQ places and get some taste buds. BTW, how many filthy places get a 4.9 score? Very few. Its all done through reputation management services.

We hired BBG to cater our outdoor wedding. Timing was very important since the ceremony and reception site were in the same place. BBG arrived at the exact time that I requested. Their staff was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. As for the food, our guests are still talking about how delicious it was. We even have one guest who plans on hiring BBG to cater an upcoming event that he is having. I would hire BBG again in a heartbeat.

We recently had BBG cook onsite for a party and it was a great experience. They were so helpful during the planning phase and could not have been easier to work with. The caterers at the event were so nice and did a wonderful job. The food was fantastic. In particular, the BBQ chicken and BBQ sauce were a huge hit with our guests. BBG played a big part in making the event a success and I would definitely recommend them.

Best BBQ joint around this area of PA. I make the 30 minute drive out to New Stanton for this place, service is top notch and always friendly. The price is right, great portion sizes, and I have yet to have a side dish I did not enjoy. I wish there was one closer to Pittsburgh/Monroeville. Seriously underrated.

So far tied for second with Ceos. #1 Memphis Central BBQ. Running 4th Chubbies BBQ Missouri.real good sauce Brisket very good. And the ribs all most fell off the bone. What a find beans very good as well. I will return.Try it you will not be disappointed. Also they cater what more could you ask for.

Im eating hear as i type this the only alright thing about the place was the sweet potatoe it is over priced the bbq has bad flavor the meat was luke warm i had to put hotsauce on the whole thing just to give it some flavor but they hhavegood portions...i want my money back dont come here

4 meals to split with 4 people so everyone could try everything. Ribs were fall off the bone delicious, chicken was moist and serious and the pulled pork was fantastic...just enough smoke! Corn bread was good, vinegar coke slaw was great, beans ok and the creamy coleslaw was eh.

Food was FANTASTIC! We used BBG for a caterered office party luncheon and every single person loved the food. They are affordable and what you get with their drop off catering is AMAZING!! I would recommend them to anyone!!

It was a stop on the way to a Pirates game, and I must say it will be a stop before every game we go to. The Rosemary potatoes OMG, delicious. The beef brisket was juicy and tender. Great job guys awesome food.

Food is great but they need to update their online menu. The prices advertised online are terribly outdated. You see the low online prices and get sticker shock when you visit. No one likes this kind of surprise.

BBG, is un frickin real. I just went to a rib fest at the fairgrounds with these huge trophys and huge signs saying how great theyre bbq is. Guess What>>> they are lucky BBG wasnt there.
