On previous visits I have always received good service and food however today was the complete opposite. I order the TBQ sandwich combo w/slaw on the side and extra sauce. What I received was a TBQ sandwhich no slaw and no sauce and the fries were just thrown on top. Unfortunately I did not discover the error until I was back at work. That was my last visit

I spent many years in Texas and BBQ is one of my favorite foods. The Turkey BBQ at Hickory Tree is lightly smoked with a nice Smokey flavor and the addition of vinegar based sauce adds a nice tangy moisture element to the Q. Had the collard greens, mac-n-cheese and cole slaw. Was a real fan of the collards and mac, but not the cole slaw. Plan on going back.

Food was good. But definitely check your order... First they shorted me a turkey leg. Then instead of it being smoked it was just dumped in the fryer... And it was the worst turkey leg Ive ever tasted... Stick to the turkey barbecue. By the way I asked several times was the leg smoked and they said yes.

I wanted to check this place for a while. I finally stopped by Sat afternoon to get some turkey BBQ and some fried turkey wings. Both of them were very delicious. The collards and mac & cheese were also good as well. Will definitely come back again soon.

Tried multiple phone numbers to call ahead. Non worked or were deactivated. Showed up and were closed in the middle of the day. It looks beat up outside and I wouldnt eat there because of that alone. Wasted my lunch.

The food is awesome. But the service at the restaurant is awful. They keep you on hold for an order for a long time. I really wish they would provide better customer service.
