Tonight I had one of the worst restaurant experiences possible. I spoke with Jamelle Owens after we left, after other people in our party did the same at the restaurant. We came tonight with our friends and our dogs to eat. We walked about a mile to get there because we parked over near the park downtown. We just moved and our friends were visiting for the first time. I had been to this restaurant and had a decent experience before. Tonight you embarrassed me and Janelles halfass attempt to fix the situation just made it worse. After telling us that we got he last order of ribs and told the others in our party you were out, we ended up getting no ribs. Also, we were brought the wrong food, we didnt get our sides until we were almost finished because those were also forgotten. The barbecue was cold and the sides might as well have been straight out of a box. One of the women in my party spoke to Jamelle and explained the situation he said "well you ate most of the sides" but I will give you ten percent off. Then our waitress ran my card on someone elses bill and had to cancel and get my card again. We got a simple and quiet sorry as the waitres ran off without even leaving me a pen to sign the check. Not only did the restaurant look horrible but I felt like an idiot for ever taking my friends to this place. If you only serve three items on the menu dont you think you should have all three? We spent over $80 for some watered down drinks, cold barbecue, and a few wings. Ive been a server and Ive worked at several different restaurants, it is not that hard!

Wife and I enjoyed dinner here late. There was a two man live band. It had a sports bar / cabin feel to it. Typical foods for BBQ. I had the dry rub wings with corn and Mac & cheese as my side while my wife enjoyed the pulled pork. The wings were amazing, with a juice center and crisp skin. They put any large chain restaurant to shame. They almost had a bacon flavor to them. Smoked first and than flash fried to keep the juice flavor in. The pulled pork was good and packed with meat. It was a more traditional style unlike he small shredded sauce covered sandwich you get a lot. This was a chunk of meat that was falling apart and shredding on the sandwich. The Mac and cheese was good nothing to brag about. Corn basic. The only negative I will say about the place was the two drinks we had. They tasted amazing so it wasnt a big deal. My wife ordered some kind of blue drink with whip cream in it. Now taste was amazing I probably could have had like 5 of them. I had the Arnold Palmer. Now like I said they tasted great. But they cost $8 a pop. Which hey I still paid it and they were worth it. But I feel like maybe $6 at most. They were in Mason jars. Looks cool but again $8 seemed high.

Our order took forever. The server claimed someone else stole the order. The platter advertised for four people was misleading as it was not enough food for even two people. It was four silver dollar sized pulled pork sliders. Fries were good and a unique spiral shape but they charged an extra $4 even though the server didnt mention the upcharge. The menu was misleading and stated the upcharge was $1, but she later said its $1 per person even though it was one basket of fries with the platter. The grilled corn was old and chewy like flavorless bubble gum. The pulled pork was tasty. It was moist and not greasy like some bbq. But the platter simply couldnt feed four adults. Then after we were done eating we waited and waited and waited for the bill. We had two other servers asked what we were waiting for because they wanted the tables for another party. But even when said we needed the bill, neither of them got it for us. You would expect that if the food was late the server might have offered a discount or a complementary side, but no. The only satisfactory quality about this place was that it was cold inside on a hot day.

Very disappointed! They only have 4 things on the menu so I figured theyd be good. Wrong, as it turned out. I dont know how the ribs were because they were out. And we didnt find out that they were out until they delivered the other two dishes wed order. Oops! Guess we only get 2/3rds of your dinner! The wings were decent but the BBQ was pretty dry. Drinks were weak. Weirdest part...they gave us chips in a bag. Really??? Ive never been to a sit down restaurant that didnt make their own chips in house. We switched the bag for potato salad which was mediocre. All the sides were mediocre. $2 for a tiny cup or bag of chips is really ridiculous. To top it all off, service was terrible. Were not talking one screw up, were talking multiple. First was the ribs, then we didnt get utensils or sides, then the card was run wrong, etc. and the manager really didnt seem to care. They comped us 10% but really, that doesnt even cover the tip Im sure they expected.

I had to wait over 40 minutes for NACHOS. The rest of my partys food had arrived and I had to wait for another 10 for a total of 50 minutes. The chicken was cold and the slaw was runny. They did not even refund it. Im convinced they forgot my meal, though the waitress claimed the kitchen thought they had already made it which is why it took so long. The service was slow and is it not even a large restaurant. There were plenty of waiters and waitresses they just could not seem to get check on our table. My friend found a hair in hers, which is absolutely repulsive. The only reason I gave Queology 1 star was to write this thorough review.

We stopped in for a beer, but experiencing the aroma, and the cheerful, helpful server (Jean-Marie), we decided to give the bbq a try. My wife ordered the pulled pork tacos, she found them to be melt-in-your-mouth tender and wonderfully tasty. I tried the 4 rib sampler and the 6 wings. The ribs were very meaty, tender and excellent. They didnt need any sauce, but I did try them all. For me the mustard is the one I preferred, but all were good. After the tacos and ribs, we were stuffed and ended up taking the wings in a to go box. Warmed them up in a microwave later and enjoyed them as much as the tacos and ribs.

The worse BBQ Ive ever had! How can you be in the south and a BBQ restaurant and the ribs are terrible. The Mac & cheese tastes like the cheese is powdered or some other cheap product. The ribs were dry and flavorless. You have to put your own BBQ sauce on it. Where they do that at? The wings were decent but nothing to write home about. The only reason I am giving one star is because the service was good and fast. Also, the atmosphere is pretty chill and maybe a cool place to drink. I will never go back and I would never recommend this "restaurant" to anyone.
